- Technical know-how to make this work is well beyond the reach of the average user

- Icon to stream is barely on screen for one second then disappears

- Took 30 minutes of trial and error to listen on the Yamaha and watch on my phone

- Not what I expected for $30

- Wouldn't even work by screen mirroring

- Signed up and paid $23 for a live concert and it never streamed one note

- No refund, no discount and only an invite to watch a replay

The streaming was intermittent to the point I had to quit watching the paid for live Prairie Home Companion show from NYC. Constant hanging and spinning ball of "wait". Several people in the comments were having the same issues. Pretty bad delivery in this day and age. Ruined my evening.

How to fix Mandolin Live app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mandolin Live app on iPhone
Update Mandolin Live app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mandolin Live iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mandolin Live on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mandolin Live network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Mandolin Live not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mandolin Live App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mandolin Live » click [Force Stop]

Update Mandolin Live to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mandolin Live App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mandolin Live » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mandolin Live.

Fix Mandolin Live unable to contact server/ Mandolin Live internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mandolin Live » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mandolin Live » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mandolin Live
