Disappointed

I purchased a 1 year subscription November 2021. I now am unable to access any new magazines and am prompted to buy. I have tried all suggestions to remedy the problem with no success. Unfortunately the app support is non-existent.

Ever since Chelsea bought this magazine their App has caused me problems. They wouldn’t even honor the balance of my subscription. Now it is impossible to log in. The last issue they show available is November 2016. (It’s now Feb of 2018). Don’t subscribe — you will be disappointed

Don’t buy a subscription through this app. You pay for the subscription and then the issues don’t download. You are prompted to buy the issues again!
