Spent over an hour creating an order. Had a great coupon for a free delivery and a discount. Turned out there was no delivery in our area. Then after spending a lot of time and work on the order there were no pick up times available. Then after another hour and two times working it out with customer service turns out nothing could be done and they said to use Instacart, which meant losing some of the discounts and coupons I had would not be usable. On top of that Instacart has its own fees. Then on top of that the two hours I spent was totally lost as my checkout, shopping cart was emptied when I connected to Instacart. A huge loss of time and effort
App is stuck in ShawsDeliveryPickUp Library. Cannot add it to the Home Screen.
It’s not fair that Drive up orders do not receive monopoly tickets please fix this. Also I would like to be able to use a shaws gift card. Otherwise Great app
