Package haven’t shipped in 4 days but they created a tracking number but haven’t shipped items! Will never buy from them again.

There is very very little that you can do with ALPAKA. There’s no Account information to customize payments, addresses or access to information about your rewards. This is not worth the storage on your device, just use the website.

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my items and some haven’t even left the facility. Kinda sad honestly, being “in stock” and 2022 and still waiting for horse back riders to get across the country. I’d be embarrassed.

It’s not an app. It’s basically a buggy, stuttery version of the mobile website

Decent shopping app for their products but saving an item as a favorite doesn’t work. Hangs up.

The overall app is ok with the exception of the this app grey background image that shows up everywhere when you are browsing product images AND if you are on an iPhone 13 mini, the image is cut off. Makes me want to browse on desktop instead of mobile. I’m sure ALPAKA will continue to improve over time.

I’ve enjoyed my sling purchases from them, but sadly lost my magnetic ring peice it came with, which is not the hub keychain. I had to use the website and not ALPAKA to find a way to ask a question about getting it replaced. Will update if there is better news but they have been helpful after you use their website not their app.

Really enjoy ALPAKA , a lot easier to use it instead of the mobile web option. However, I noticed there’s no “refer a friend” or “rewards” section. I like to keep track of my rewards and be able to gain some. Curious if I purchase from ALPAKA will I even obtain some.

Some straps are too wide and it would be nice if you could adjust it to hang lower.

Small compact and can carry most of your EDC must haves all the best

I already have three bags I have two the pouch but one of the pouches I lost so I just got one couple weeks ago you make very good products and plus I was to look for stuff is waterproof because I am I am I am a disabled person so that I look for things as waterproof double tap my electronics in I’m going to buy some more stuff the next order I’m gonna buy some mask

Very fast, easy to find what I’m looking for and I get exclusive or first access to new drops and offers. Love this app!

Innovative design, efficient use of space, materials used perfect for daily use, and love color choices

Bought 4 bags total, one at a time. Addicted obviously. Gifted my boys a sling each, Go Sling Nano, Tech Case Mini, Go Sling Mini, and an Access Pouch. Just great looking bags, quality through and through. Love them.

So far everything I’ve ordered has be great. I really would love to see this app do a nice good sized duffel bag similar to the Aer Travel Weekender or the Black Ember DEX.
