Collected more money than they should have from me and are making it difficult to receive a proper refund. 😣 which is really sucky

I tried using the this app app but couldn’t get past the sign-up for a year screen. I wasn’t going to commit to a full year without knowing if it suited my company’s needs, so I went with another app, AUTODS. Weeks later, I noticed this app charged me a monthly fee—even though I never fully signed up!

This feels like a scam. this app uses shady tactics known as “dark billing” or “negative option billing” designed to trap users in unwanted subscriptions.

Watch out for:

1. Auto-Renewal by Default

2. Difficult Cancellation Process

3. Lack of Reminders

4. Small, Easy-to-Miss Charges

5. Bundling or Upgrading Without Consent

Bottom line: Avoid this app. Sneaky billing, hard cancellations, zero support.

They are money hungry and charge you. I canceled through the website, PayPal and bank and they still charged my credit card that same day. They charged me 288. The refuse to take responsibility and blame their no refund policy which it bananas. It’s such a scam!

Wow, another company that signs you up for a free trial that then auto renews using your credit card on iTunes. 100 charged and they think you won’t notice. Apple take Spocket down and other scams like it. this app get your act together.

SCAM ALERT!! One google search and you will find how awful this app is. So many people have the same experiences. You sign up for free trial, cancel it and you are still charged even if you contact them to verify it was canceled. Now I have to contact the Bbb, FTC and possibly cancel my credit card. $99 a month!!

Reverse Google image search the product you are trying to dropship and find a supplier you can communicate with directly. this app is a a middle man that only makes things more difficult while charging prices that make no sense to get a profit. I only shipped out two orders with them. The first one never made it to the correct location and I have yet to receive proof of the address it was left at. I have lost money due to that and of course they claim I can’t be refunded nor anything else because it’s marked delivered. (Yet again no address was given to indicate it was left at the correct address) I’ve yet to receive an email letting me know that someone has called the post office and confirmed who and where the package was delivered to. There is no help because they got their money. The second item I ordered 3 days ago and still doesn’t have any tracking info. All in all just save your time and don’t use it.

They will hold your info and charge you for a subscription you thought was cancelled and wasn’t. I just got hit with a $1,188 charge for a year of service I never used. They think their terms of service protects them. I’m disputing it with PayPal at the moment but wanted to make sure no matter how my event turns out this scam company is exposed for their fraudulent ways. If I can’t get PayPal to elevate it I will be going to the DA and claims courts against this.

The products they sell are way over priced, they have horrid customer service, and they’re very dishonest. This week a bag that was advertised as being sold by a US company from the US was shipping from China. Customer Support literally blamed me for the issue. They offer no resolution and refused to refund the order. Emailed the issues I’m having to the CEO, also radio silence. There is nothing positive about this app, any positive reviews are 100% fake.

this app seemed great at first. Nice platform, easy to navigate, nice UI, etc.

Not only is the platform super expensive to get a usable level, their customer service is simply horrendous. So, be aware of a few things about this platform if you choose to use it. The suppliers and brands you find on the platform are often selling their products on their OWN retail websites, FOR LESS THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY SELL THEM FOR. Often, when adjusting your prices to be competitive with the ACTUAL SUPPLIER (ESPECIALLY US based brands), you end up with a negative margin!!! This should NEVER happen. Not to mention the hours spent researching the prices out there and comparative shipping policies. Margins across the board are very low anyway, not nearly enough to justify the subscribed cost. I have yet to receive the requested refund also, and their customer service team is abroad, from what I can tell, there is a definite scripted element that prevents nuanced and personalized assistance to issues. BUYER BEWARE.

At this point you can only add, remove, push to store. You can not do the most important features such as changes in description, pricing changes, adding tags. Basically you can jot do any typing on the iOS app. It directs you to their website to do all that. Spocket is not even helpful IMHO. They pushed it live too early it’s even annoying to use. Don’t know why they kept asking to download it. We have a business to conduct and I wish they would take that into consideration before asking us to download Spocket . Spocket is still in BETA and should have been advertised as such.

Usually I’m able to get a refund if I got charged for a subscription but don’t use or need it. But they refused to return. Kind of disappointing, they’re probably make more from forgotten subscriptions than from selling😄

I’ve only been a customer for a while now and the service you get with the this app team is amazing. Super quick customer service, very friendly and attentive staff. The biggest problem is that the Import List doesn’t load even when there’s only one item to be imported. If this were to be fixed, hands down five stars!!

Good app but the user interface can be improved such that the product can appear in full. It’s really hard to scroll down and view each product. This process can be improved so that the products can be seen easily.

The other thing is the filters and the sub collections. If you choose home & garden as an example, you won’t find home improvement as in the desktop version.

The 3 stars are for the awesome this app team. However the -2 stars if for Spocket . It performs horribly and nothing ever wants to load. I hope it can be fixed.

I’ve been using this app for a little while now and while app is okay, it has a few bugs. It won’t load the imported product list and it won’t load my orders, which I can only do on the desktop version. Also, the subscriptions are way too expensive. While yes it’s okay for someone who has been selling and making a good amount of money on orders, for people like me who have just started dropshipping it isn’t worth the money just to add products to your store, with the high hope that people will want to buy your products. Also the vendors that put their products on the store sell their items for a pretty costly price and the anything with US shipping you usually have to pay for. This is really just a slightly glorified version of Aliexpress that you have to pay money for.

Lorena helped me solve a few issues and was amazing with her customer support. I do agree that the user interface on mobile could be better but I am sure that is in the works ;). Thank you this app team

Great app! This is very useful for my site. My customers will have now the peace of mind they need when making an online purchase on my store. Plus the awesome thing is that Spocket is FREE.
