Reverse Google image search the product you are trying to dropship and find a supplier you can communicate with directly. Spocket is a a middle man that only makes things more difficult while charging prices that make no sense to get a profit. I only shipped out two orders with them. The first one never made it to the correct location and I have yet to receive proof of the address it was left at. I have lost money due to that and of course they claim I can’t be refunded nor anything else because it’s marked delivered. (Yet again no address was given to indicate it was left at the correct address) I’ve yet to receive an email letting me know that someone has called the post office and confirmed who and where the package was delivered to. There is no help because they got their money. The second item I ordered 3 days ago and still doesn’t have any tracking info. All in all just save your time and don’t use it.

Spocket is a joke.

Spocket seemed great at first. Nice platform, easy to navigate, nice UI, etc.

Not only is the platform super expensive to get a usable level, their customer service is simply horrendous. So, be aware of a few things about this platform if you choose to use it. The suppliers and brands you find on the platform are often selling their products on their OWN retail websites, FOR LESS THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY SELL THEM FOR. Often, when adjusting your prices to be competitive with the ACTUAL SUPPLIER (ESPECIALLY US based brands), you end up with a negative margin!!! This should NEVER happen. Not to mention the hours spent researching the prices out there and comparative shipping policies. Margins across the board are very low anyway, not nearly enough to justify the subscribed cost. I have yet to receive the requested refund also, and their customer service team is abroad, from what I can tell, there is a definite scripted element that prevents nuanced and personalized assistance to issues. BUYER BEWARE.

At this point you can only add, remove, push to store. You can not do the most important features such as changes in description, pricing changes, adding tags. Basically you can jot do any typing on the iOS app. It directs you to their website to do all that. This app is not even helpful IMHO. They pushed it live too early it’s even annoying to use. Don’t know why they kept asking to download it. We have a business to conduct and I wish they would take that into consideration before asking us to download the app. This app is still in BETA and should have been advertised as such.
