I want to cancel this trial period! I have your instructions and there is no cancel button anywhere. I haven’t even been unless to fully set it up to try it because to many glitches. I have tried both on my iPhone and iPad. Please check to see if I actually have a subscription and cancel it if I do . Thank you

I have been told that I cannot get a report with the tax column being filled in using an android phone ver 11. Will an iphone correctly print this out correctly and what version? when can I get the android phone to work correctly?

How to fix SimplyWise app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SimplyWise app on iPhone
Update SimplyWise app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SimplyWise iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SimplyWise on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SimplyWise network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SimplyWise Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SimplyWise not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SimplyWise App
1. On android, goto Settings » SimplyWise » click [Force Stop]

Update SimplyWise to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SimplyWise App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SimplyWise » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SimplyWise.

Fix SimplyWise unable to contact server/ SimplyWise internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SimplyWise » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SimplyWise » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SimplyWise
