Does your receipt software work with mobile scanners? Is it compatible with for example the: Portable Document Scanner, AOZBZ 900DPI Handheld Image Scanner ... ?

Hi, I'm the accountant for Jay Adkins who signed up for Simplywise. He shows the QBO link on his app but I need to access his account to take care of his accounting and link and post all transactions into his QBO account. When I login on my laptop using his login credentials, I don't see the link on the screen for QBO. We are stuck and cannot use this app to take of the daily accounting details. Will someone please call my cell to figure this out. I'm US central standard time. 1-858-722-7908. Thank you, Patty Hjort

what the heck. i don't know if clicking for the subscription multiple times if it's trying to charge me as I didn't seem to be re directed to the site main page. Finally in and I got one picture to load and now I seem to be locked out. I will have to refuse payments at my bank if I see multiple charges as it's not clear as to if I can speak with someone. It would be nice to have an agent working with me on it.

We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen? There is a lack of development and there clearly is no system. I have a personal text message from a number that I’ve communicated this person has not followed through on their commitment. They fall advertised and did not give me an option to use a discount code and drafted my bank account.

It’s kind of hilarious if I just would have went to these comments I would have known exactly what I was going to deal with. So heads up if you decide it’s not worth it they will immediately send you a message that you can get this entire package for $19.99. Then there will be a drop off in communication not giving you an option to take a vantage of this code. The next day you will be charged the full price. I will now go to my social media and continue to pursue this little over $40 discrepancy. It really was “simple”.

Being using for months, loved it, not sure how people do not it cost money. Was worth it UNTIL I exported and things are not matching up from app to the export. Need assistance but can’t find away to get it.

I just got a 23.99 charge from u guys on my bank I don’t know for what but I didn’t sign up for anything I’m in disability and on very limited income for just the necessities. I am requesting a reversal on this please I don’t know what it is for

This app really sucks. It is set up to just take your money like the other comments said. They are just banking on the odds that you will forget to cancel within the very short 7 day trial period. It worked for them! They took my money and I want it back for this worthless app. What a con job!

Horrible

I downloaded this app a few months ago and started uploading all of my receipts. I went to open it today and now it is asking me to pay for a subscription when I first started there was nothing I could just open it and start downloading receipt. If they are going to start creating a paid app, then they have to allow those of us who have been grandfathered into the app someway to get in but now all of my receipts that I have downloaded the last few months are gone, some of them were business but I will never get back for tax purposes. I would highly recommend not ever downloading this app!

Dont Waste Your Time or Info

This app cost, instead of just saying that, they let you put in your information, create an account all to then ask for payment, there is no other option. No way to even see if the app is worth paying for, Yes they give you the option of a 7 day trail but we all know that this is set up in hopes that you’ll forget before the 7 days ends to cancel and they’ll get at least a 1 time charge before you do. If i has the option to check it out, and it was worth paying for, i pay for it, but can’t get paste the first setup.

Good app!

I like the app so far- great for digitizing, organizing and saving those tons of pesky paper receipts! I do wish you had an easy fix for saving email receipts. At this point, the only way is to take a screen shot, save it to photos and then import to Simply Scan. That’s not real convenient or time saving. Hopefully soon that can be solved, because emailed receipts are pretty common and it would make the app seem less. Otherwise, I am really liking the app!
