I adore ReturnQueen and service for the convenience and their kind customer service. But my anxiety can’t handle not knowing when the items are actually dropped off to be shipped out for return after being picked up. It wouldn’t matter if most returns don’t work under a “return by date”, but most stores do work this way. I think I need to pause my use of ReturnQueen till they have a system added that notifies us for when items are officially shipped out after the pickup. But I will def be checking in to see if this update ever happens! :)

Would be even more helpful if receipts for the drops were added to our account. I know all shipment centers and drop off stations are able to provide this - in case the refund doesn’t go through and we need to prove the item was shipped out.

I have been using return queen for around a year now and am grateful for their service! I sold my car so it was difficult to take items to the post office and was happy to find this service! Angel specifically has incredible customer service, is timely and extremely friendly! The store is so organized and I’m truly thankful for his professionalism and kindness.

ReturnQueen is super easy to use, and the service is absolutely awesome!!! The truck was there the next day for pick ups. I didn’t need to package the items I just put them in the retune queen bag and they took care of the rest! No need to drive to the post office which was great! All you do it just wait for a refund....highly recommend!

ReturnQueen is incredible. Makes sending back the things I don’t want so much easier. And the fact that I don’t have to go to the stores or to the ups store and come in contact with people. Just fill the bag and make a pick up appointment. It’s magical. Highly recommend.

I have been using this service for the past year and I LOVE it. They are constantly making ReturnQueen better and adding more features. I love the new sealed package one. I can now send all my packaged and unpackaged items in one pickup. Great service and customer service is great too. I highly recommend!

Great concept that is actually taking off. Nowadays it’s so easy to buy items online but returning is such a hassle especially if items are from multiple vendors. This service allows you to return items from multiple brands using the same platform. This is super convenient !!!

Amazing that I can track all my online purchases in one place and now that I’ve picked my membership, I can sit on my couch and do my returns without ever having to leave my house! Total time-saver!!! ReturnQueen is right up there with the DoorDash and Instacart for making life easier and convenient! Never standing on line for a return again!

This might be my first review ever about an app but I literally came on here to tell ppl it’s the best Money I ever spent. I missed one return date last year and it would be worth it just for that. But truthfully the mental load that this takes off for me as a busy mom means everything to me at this stage. It was a small learning curve but quickly it became super easy and they’re very reliable.

Obsessed!!! ReturnQueen is amazing and has totally changed the way I return my online purchases!!!! Since covid I have been exclusively shopping online and I have sooooooo many returns because I can’t try anything on beforehand. this app makes it soooooo easy to return those purchases and I don’t have to leave my house!!! So easy to use!!! Great customer service!!! Love it!!! Totally changed my life!!!

ReturnQueen is so easy to use! It’s designed so well that I was able to seamlessly complete my returns. They gave me this amazing FREE bag to store all my returns. And then they came to pick them up from my door the next day! How amazing!!!! I had returns from 6 different stores. I dumped them all in the bag and they picked them up!! No packaging, taping, processing, printing.... all the things I hate to do!!!! So excited about ReturnQueen I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a customer for a few months now, and this app has definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s so easy to submit a return, they are able to pick up at convenient times, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been so pleasant. I’ve had no issues using the service whatsoever. Definitely recommend using this app, especially if you find yourself forgetting to return things or don’t have a printer of your own

As a full time working mom of two, it's impossible for me to get some of my returns done and i end up losing out on money of things I miss the return window on. Thankfully Return Queen exists because I truly would lose out on so much money! They make it so easy to set up the returns, i can leave them outside and they come and get them. Truly truly highly recommend this service!

I love to shop but hate returning items that I no longer need or didn’t work out. Being a mom with two little ones free time is hard to come by, the last thing I want to spend my time doing is returning packages. With covid and the nasty weather we’ve been having I prefer not to drag my kiddos out of the house just to return a package. Return queen has been such a time saver and has had the best communication and service!

I am obsessed with ReturnQueen! I am a busy mom of 5 and full time teacher who needs to order more essentials online, however, I have an extreme anxiety of returning! The process of printing, packaging and making the time to run out to the shipping store is a major to do. Often my returns do not get done and I end up losing out on $. Return Queen has been super efficient, saves me all the hassle and gives me the peace of mind not to second guess every online purchase! They get the job done!!!

as a discerning (and frequent) shopper living in a non-doorman loft, i was resigned to my fate of living amongst shipping boxes and hoping to catch a glimpse of the UPS truck outside. enter this app! now i order with the easy confidence of someone who has never used a roll of tape. in addition to this life-changing innovation, everyone on the RQ team is super-friendly and a pleasure to work with. i can’t recommend this app highly enough, and can’t imagine life without it!

I am a huge online shopper. I am known to make almost daily trips to the shipping store to send back my MANY returns. Sometimes my return boxes accumulate at my door and it drives me crazy! A friend recently told me about ReturnQueen and it is a game changer for me! I was skeptical at first, but figured I’d give it a try. WOW WAS I AMAZED. ReturnQueen is easy to use and hassle free. They come and take my online purchases returns right back from my doorstep and I never have to miss a return by date or deal with the hassle of packaging items for returning or head down to the post office and deal with the lines there. Time saving and convenience all through an easy to use app!!! What more could you ask for to take all the possible hassles out of online shopping? The drivers are super friendly too!!!👏

I haven’t even used ReturnQueen yet but I’m SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!!! I saw the ad on the subway this morning and immediately downloaded ReturnQueen . My adhd and executive dysfunction makes it so difficult to return things before the window closes so I end up paying the “adhd tax” and losing money on returns because I just can’t fit it in my brain that day. I end up buying from stores with long return windows but even then stuff sticks around for MONTHS. ReturnQueen and service is going to be a game changer, I can tell.

Hi all my name is Anne! I am 63 years old and at this age i was sure nothing could change my day to day errands that drastically, but Return Queen has absolutely transformed online shopping for me. With covid putting women of my age at high risk ReturnQueen has seriously provided the comfort and saftey i needed to be able to shop online with ease knowing RQ is one click away from returning my items from my doorstep. To say i’m not tech savvy would be an understatement - my daughter is even writing this review for me because i didn’t know how - but this just comes to show how SIMPLE and EASY ReturnQueen is to use.

Simple, simple, simple returns. I’ve been waiting for an app like this for a long time. I buy a ton online and the hassle of returning items has caused me to give things away or throw things out that weren’t worth my time to return. Now I just throw it all in the bag and schedule a pickup. It’s that easy!
