Won't renew my subscription. Goes to payment, but never processes it.

FACTS app not working for days says error occurred and we are working to fix…. It’s not working.

App continues to say not working, we are working to fix this problem, but never fixes Has been saying this for days and can’t log in, just automatically log outs, once read the message that it’s working on a problem with the timer showing it’s trying, going in circles, but never works

I cannot log in to the app. When I try, it shows... ERROR - We apologize. An error has occurred and we're working to resolve it. Please try again later. It has done this for the past week.

App is not working!! Has been down for days. Fix or refund.

Can’t pull-up application. It just says working on the issue

Android app was working ok until around Frdiay. Now I can't log in. Tried to Uninstaller and reinstall as well as repurchasing the app. Now the himw screen says my last name and the intro tabs but keeps asking me to purchase the app. When I click this, then it gives me an error message that I already purchased it.

Same issue as several other users. I can log in just fine on desktop and iPhone... but same credentials don't work on iPad.

I keep getting this error on some categories in the app (ex-Lunch, Directory). Other categories work fine?? Error: The web site you are accessing has experienced an unexpected error. Please contact the website administrator.

I just the app on an iPhone and I’m trying to open Facts. The “continue to login” button doesn’t work.

Hey, I'm on the new facts family app and my login in credentials are invalid although they're working fine on desktop. Please advise.

I have been trying to download your new app (FACTS Family app on my android phone. It will not download and just keeps spinning until I cancel.
