1 year agomy app will not a open. it keeps saying error.

Why do I have to subscribe again?
I already had a RenWeb subscription but now they shut that down and switched to this. The RenWeb app said that my subscription would carry over but in order to use the app, it is requiring me to pay to subscribe again :( How do I get credit for already having my subscription?

App is just links
Are there plans to make this app responsive? This app is merely links to the family portal page. You have to slide the screen around to review report cards, the directory etc… Families are being charged when they could just create these shortcuts on their own home screen.

Login Error
Every time I select a class to view detailed grades in the Gradebook I get a “Login Error” popup, it forces a reauthentucation, but does the exact same thing after I reauthenticate — just goes in circles. Impossible to see detailed grades. This isn’t a replacement for RenWeb.
