First of all I sent my phone into them in February and it is now June and on June 21 was told they couldn't find the phone but they were going to pay me as promised and it's is now the June 25 and yet haven't received the payment this and now I can't get on the app cause my phone number had changed and I have no way of getting ahold of them to change it.
Sent 2 x devices off - first they acknowledged delivery and then app updated and lost all record of my items - contacted customer services who took over 36 hours to contact me to ask me for unlock code for one device. Admittedly I did give them this and they said that that was successful. Then asked again about why my items were not listed - did not answer this message and then asked me to remove my device from icloud. Have refused to do this until they acknowledge my items, pay for them etc. Not impressed
well unfortunately i cant put in any banking info to get "paid" and I see no option to even sign up for the actual TWIG Card. Not very user friendly in my opinion although its a great concept.
How disappointing ! I was anxious to try a new seller's site. With these reviews the way they are these people may as well give it up cuz it's never going to happen people aren't that stupid but I will contact my lawyer just in case and let him know that this is going on cuz he is my brother-in-law so I get free consultations on anything.

I sold some dresses to them and they say instant paper for is British and the mail mailman here said they didn't know what to do with it so I emailed her boyfriend is real male pick it up and they would refund my $3 I'm not in England I'm in Florida

You have to make sure the item you are selling is actually one of their >1000 brands they buy. 🙄 every time i type in the brand and they actually have it, it tells me they wont buy it because they dont support fast fashion (which is a good point). So how is this app gonna work then??
I find it hard to believe this app will be very helpful for anyone. Almost all brands you have in the database are fast fashion brands.

I shipped two Tommy Hilfiger items worth a lot and whoever is responsible for the items claims I didn’t ship them. I did so thanks for stealing my stuff. Now I have to worry about my social security being stolen also since I tried for the MasterCard. Thanks

Literally - trying to set up and it was a fail. Why ask for my social security- breeches our privacy! This app is garbage just like the creator. Hope they get shut down immediately for fraud.
