MyRXNT never lets you login, it’s worthless!

MyRXNT was useless. It constantly refreshes the page and essentially kicks you out of whatever you were trying to do, therefore you have to continually start over. It would have taken me less time to drive to the doctor’s office and fill out the forms in person. It’s so glitchy and frustrating, I gave up trying to make an appointment on MyRXNT and called the office instead. Because it’s so glitchy and weird, I don’t have a lot of confidence in using it for personal medical information. I feel like the security would be weak.

I have tried to sign up for MyRXNT it will not let me login or anything

I am from NYS and used the services of an urgent care in Florida. The medical provider was amazing. But then to get your information is a nightmare on this site. I went to clinic and asked 3x’s before i had to come home for my test results back to my doctor. I was told NO they can not print it because u get all the information on this site. The site is horrible and u have to forward all your results to your doctor, if u can figure out this poor portal system. They would NOT send and of my results to my provider. Still i have nothing. What do older people do?????

I downloaded yesterday and it isn’t wofkinv very efficiently. Can’t get in my profile sometimes, other times it opens then closes real quick. If needs a overhaul!!😫

When i try to use app on phone i get the error internallinkedhashmapstring error. I have no option to log in on safari I have to use a laptop.

I cannot think of a single time I’ve used MyRXNT without some kind of problem. Given my doctor has chosen to use this, I guess that I’m stuck with it. If you’re a heathcare provider and care at all about your patients, let me urge you in no uncertain terms to find a different portal to use. There are several good ones out ther.

Another absolutely terrible app that we are forced by our providers to use. What else is there to say? Glitchy, the fields are impossible to smoothly navigate on smartphone. Why? I resent having to use this in the first place.

My Provider sent the link to login twice. It failed. I contacted the developer and was told they were working on it for four days. I’m nonverbal due to cancer so it would be nice to communicate with my doctor, check labs, meds, etc. But don’t see how with this software and their poor support.

As a patient who was told to visit MyRXNT to know when my appointments are—I AM UNABLE TO DO THAT! There is no place to enter my info to register so I have an account. I have no idea why you even have options if we can’t click them!

Cannot create an account to login as a patient to view documents sent by my doctor!

I’m happy my practice finally switched to digitalizing their patients information. However, the message feature. Doesn’t work, given it’s blocked by my clinician but… They communicate with me by sending me messages. Now all I get is “An unexpected error has occurred” so I can’t even read the message my clinician has for me and without a working phone number it makes it very difficult.

I just got to app because the website doesn’t work on my phone but the website Face ID password save doesn’t work and when you go to forms it’s won’t load.

this app has truly changed my experience with healthcare as a whole. As a patient, I wish more providers used MyRXNT. It is extremely user-friendly with many features that I don’t see In other apps. Paying my bill is a breeze and I’m not waiting on weeks to see it take effect on my invoice! I am able to see my whole medical and prescription history right on my phone without having to jump through hoops to find it. Plus the coupons in MyRXNT have saved me a TON of money!
The best feature hands-down is the ability to privately message my doctor through MyRXNT if I have any quick questions instead of having to call in and wait on hold while he’s with other patients!

So easy to use and very user friendly. My transition from my old software to RXNT was smooth and effortless! I would recommend RXNT to anyone!

Apps is great the only thing I noted is that when my doctor sent me a message through patient portal I don’t receive it in the mobile app. I can see it in the website perfectly fine. Hope you guys can fix this issue and to implement push notification when the doctor sent me a message or anyone from his staff in regards appointments confirmation or modification as push notification in that way I can be alerted all the time and stay uptodate with my physician.

RXNT is a great app that I can excess everything from my phone. Booking appointments is very easy and I can pay my bill in 1 click! I love that I can see all my medications I am prescribed along with the details under the drug because sometimes I forget how many pills I should be taking.

My doctor just started using this platform a few months ago and i have had no issues. Makes my life 10x easier not having to call the office for a past receipt and i can pay my bill right on MyRXNT . Huge time saver

The this app app has really made managing my healthcare much easier. The interface is very user friendly, so it’s easy to view my results and appointments. MyRXNT runs smoothly and I haven’t seen any crashes. I can easily pay my bill and message my provider, I would definitely recommend using MyRXNT if your provider uses RXNT!

I have enjoy my experience with Jenn! She has directed me on a path for a healthy future. I couldn’t be more thankful for a trusting doctor.
