This app lacks basic functionality. I paused the app let my iPad go to sleep opened it back up and found that I had to start the video over. The pause button works about 1 out 10 times, same with resuming. The bar for fast forwarding and rewinding is impossible to use.
I’m not sure I’m willing to pay $30 RENTAL fee again with an app that functions this poorly. There are 100’s of video apps out there that do all this correctly, so there is no excuse for such a terrible experience. Go hire some quality developers that can get the job done.
I mean on most apps I can stop watching a video quit the app, open the app on my iPhone or even my FireTV and resume from where I left off. So you can understand my frustration.

I’ve used Veeps apps on iPad, iPhone and Apple TV. Each one is buggy and doesn’t have the same features as the others. I have screenshots of all the ways this all breaks. It’s like the developers don’t test this thing. A simple press of the button to turn the screen to landscape causes the video to be small and in the corner. And the controls to go back to the other view are off the screen! You’re stuck until you force quit the app. I tried to use the app months ago, and gave up. Tried again today after an update. Same issues. What a joke.

Tried to log into the app and it tells me my “browser version” isn’t supported. Fully up to date on iPadOS. And why does the app even need to rely on a web browser?
