I tried logging into my account using my exact username and password, and the site is telling me that it doesn't match. How can that be when I have written both of these down and I'm double checking them to make sure they are right. This just started happening since I updated the site. BitMart needs to be shut down. These people literally just scammed me out of 500 dollars. People believe me when i say if you are reading this reviews stay far far away from this exchange. especially their future trading platform. Its like they have it rigged to take your money every time. they will have ramdon spikes that go up hundreds or down to 0.01 and liquidate every body at once and take your money. Or like what happened to me is you can be up hundreds of dollars on a trade but the moment you close the trade instead of being credited the funds, they take it out of your own holdings. so not only will you not get your earnings but youll also have your money stolen. These people deserve to be in prison getting butt raped. dont even bother trying to contact support because thats a joke too. they all know what they are doing and will ignore you for weeks. worse exchange ever to use. they dont even deserve a one star.

I have sent 2722 TrueFi from Binance to Truebit protocal address in Bitmart. Since in both the exchange the abbreviations are same for this two coin. So the coin got transfered from Binance successfully but its not showing in Bitmart as this is not listed. Bitmart is a fraud! They make sure you get in and never get out of this app till they take all your money. My SHIB crypto is stuck with them and by the way they took 1/4th of my SHIB crypto just for transfer out. I mean who does that? I later did a transaction to take out all my money from bitmart and within half an hour it was in my wallet but they are not releasing my SHIB Crypto. No customer service available....there is always 400+ ahead of me and as soon as it touches 200 the complain window tells to reconnect and then again waiting time 400+...its like a loop! I wonder if they even have an office also, since most of the mafia have their investments in Caymen Islands too!!!!

Same as everyone else. Sent $120 worth of XLM Stellar from coinbase to bitmart wallet to never receive it. Address and memo was correct. According to coinbase, the transfer was completed successfully. Have sent emails and sat in the chat queue several times but yet to get a response. I tried a second time a few days later and everything worked fine. Just wish I could actually speak with someone to get the issue resolved. I don't understand how you handle peoples money and investments but provide no support. That is something which needs to be remedied immediatly.

Seems like a scam app. A few weeks ago I transferred LTC into my BitMart account in two transactions, jumped through all the ID verification hoops, traded into different assets, withdrew to a safer wallet, everything went ok. Yesterday I attempted to transfer more LTC using the same method. The transaction is complete and visible on the blockchain, and viewing the address on tokenview shows the assets are indeed there. The problem is BitMart will not provide access to my assets, and the account view on the app is as if the transaction never occurred. So it seems what they are allowing me to see is not actually the address they say it is. Reaching out to them is exceedingly difficult, and after asking a few innocuous questions on their telegram channel (which requires an hour pass before posting again) I have been blocked from participating. They have not responded to emails, nor the in-app support ticket generator. The funds are significant, and soon I will be exploring ways to take them to court. And after winning my case I will publish and advertise the methods and results so others can do the same.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sent XLM from Coinbase to Bitmart with correct address but wrong memo. Sent emails no response. Went on their telegram and in the process I believe my account got hacked. I now have no access to my Bitmart account and the $1500 that was on the account with SafeMoon. As for the $2500 I sent in XLM that was sent with wrong memo, still no response. It’s been a week and a half. This is insane. No other major exchange would allow this. Completely unacceptable.

This is a SCAM site/app I've just lost 28 dollars in bittorent approximately and to me is a good amount of money because in comparation with my country's currency dollar worth more. Becareful, they don't have support, the live chat in their site is a bot, when the queue is around the 300 or 200 the chat closed and you returned for the end of the line, again having 550 people in the queue. I'm from Brazil and I want my money back.
