Hi, none of team have been able to login in to Clickup at all this morning - failing to open/activate application and constantly stuck on opening screen. First, not loading gantt. Closed it, then 502 bad gateway. Now just blank app

Clickup (old version) will not load any lists on Android 5 (tries forever) .. only the inbox workd. Unusable.

App freezes and crashes when I try to add a date or add a new task

It works on the desktop, but every time I use the app on IOS on both my iPad and iPhone, I can add the task but not the date. I click to add the date and it freezes and I need to close and restart the app. Still can’t add date, so I then need to go to my desktop to do so. Very frustrating.

How to fix ClickUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ClickUp app on iPhone
Update ClickUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ClickUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ClickUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ClickUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ClickUp app issues:

Force Stop the ClickUp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ClickUp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ClickUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ClickUp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ClickUp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ClickUp.

Fix ClickUp unable to contact server/ ClickUp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ClickUp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ClickUp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ClickUp on android.
