The app isn’t loading after logging in it disappears

I registered my account yesterday which was on line and I could see my balance so I know the activation process was successful. But when I downloaded MyDashCard to login it only take me back to my Home Screen on my iPhone 8plus. So I went back to the website I initially activated my account complete the login verification and it only shows loading cards with a loading icon continuously spinning but it never actually loads anything. I sat for 22 minutes as it just continued to do this. Can you please help with this problem there already has been major setbacks waiting for this card to become available. There are only limited availability within a 24 hour period if I can’t access MyDashCard to transfer funds to specific accounts for payments that are behind and past due.

Card is locked

I activated my card on July 10, 2021. Today July 11,2021 my card is locked up. I called customer service I only get a recording of “all of our agent is currently assisting other callers, please stay on the line and your call we’ll be handled by the next available agent”. I’ve been on hold for two hours. On MyDashCard it says customer service 24 hours. I also emailed the support but it says waiting for support. Does any one actually work here.

Account suspended

I initiated transfer of $350 lately before I got a notification email saying someone is trying to rest my password few mins later I try to login this app and I got an error message saying my account is been suspended I should contact customer support

Bad review

At first MyDashCard was working fine showing me my pay and how much I spend but now it wont let me login in when i put my password in and I know ima putting it in correctly cause it was working before. Y'all need to fix MyDashCard asap cause my money on there.

Never gave me my money from a refund

A site that I ordered from issued me a refund, however when I go back in MyDashCard it shows that they add 0.00$ instead of the 15 that the site refunded for me, I also Email dash about the issue but I have never got a response

App not working

Once you click on MyDashCard , it never opens and it goes back to my Home Screen. This is after two updates and MyDashCard still doesn’t work. 👎

Any other card would be better

MyDashCard hardly ever works. U are charged for transactions on top of the transaction amount and no customer service. Don’t even waste your time

Wouldn’t even take my card number or let me sign in any other way

There was less than $35 on the card. I received the card for completing a survey. I set it aside and went to use balance for an online purchase. I checked the balance and was surprised $4.95 was deducted every month I did not use the card. I told customer service on the face of my card it stated the funds do not expire. They only refunded me two months. Though my funds were not to expire they would still charge the fees and not refund anything additional. The perfect scam!

After I put in my login info that I know is correct, it said wrong password and suspended me. it's been 2 weeks since then and I have not had any help. Just let me take my money out.

i been trying to use my card and it says that its declined and i looked at my bank thing and it said something about fraud but i can't even get money out of the atm machine thank you n i'm trying to wonder why nobody isnt even answering the phone

Suspended account. Requested the account activated several times but there is NO customer service. Keeping my money when I need it is disgusting. Prepaid Technologies does everything possible to avoid customer requests. I am wondering if DASH and Prepaid Technologies is a scam since they make it impossible to access my account and access my money. I NEED MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATED!!!! The account is still viable according to the administration representing the Choctaw Nation tribe.
