I have tried for over an hour to speak to customer service. My card was declined at the grocery store for 'suspicious' activity and now is locked. Why is is so hard to just contact someone to unlock the card? Is the log wait designed to deter people from calling in for help? It would help if you could unlock the card on the website by answering personal information/phone number etc. Instead people are having to wait hours, days before they get help. This is some of the worst customer service I believe I have experienced. I think that an hour wait time is ridiculous. How many agents do you have? ONE????

Hello, my name is John gilkison and after looking at the transactions, they don’t add up to what the total is . I started with 7500 and it now says the balance is $536.85: when I add up all the transactions they total to be $6129.85 which the balance should be $1370.15. I don’t know what I am missing . I just need to make sure every transaction is showing up to say the Balance is $536.85. Looks like there is a missing transaction . Card is locked

I activated my card on July 10, 2021. Today July 11,2021 my card is locked up. I called customer service I only get a recording of “all of our agent is currently assisting other callers, please stay on the line and your call we’ll be handled by the next available agent”. I’ve been on hold for two hours. On the app it says customer service 24 hours. I also emailed the support but it says waiting for support. Does any one actually work here.

I initiated transfer of $350 lately before I got a notification email saying someone is trying to rest my password few mins later I try to login MyDashCard and I got an error message saying my account is been suspended I should contact customer support

Bad review

At first the app was working fine showing me my pay and how much I spend but now it wont let me login in when i put my password in and I know ima putting it in correctly cause it was working before. Y'all need to fix this app asap cause my money on there.
