AspireAccountCenter is hardly useful when it DOES work, however it won’t even open most of the time. The in app payment function to pay on my bill NEVER works, and when I do make payments it takes a week or more to show in my balance on AspireAccountCenter even though the payment has processed. This credit card is terrible and AspireAccountCenter is even worse. I wish my credit was better so I could get rid of this card, but unfortunately I have to keep it for now. Save yourself time and, if you are stuck with this credit card, just call their office. Customer service is terrible but it’s the only way to be sure things work. It’s claimed twice now I didn’t make a payment when I used the online website to pay. Money came out of my account, money was applied to my line of credit, but they still reported me as not making my payment even though it was done a week before it was late. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company if you have ANY other option.
Looks like everyone is having problems making their payment (in the reviews) they take your money and then say you didn’t make your payment I just made an account and went to download AspireAccountCenter and saw everyone is having problems so I am deleting my account with them before I even start!
You apply for there stupid card get approved pay there ridiculous annual fee down almost paid off in the meantime you don’t use your card trying to be smart these idiots suspend your card for inactivity you call them they say ok we will reactivate your card say your good to go here I am thinking cool go try and buy my wife an anniversary present WRONG declined so I call them back then they say it won’t be active until next billing cycle which makes you look like a total idiot thanks a lot never have I been lied to and treated like an idiot with a credit card company
Very inconvenient for AspireAccountCenter to fail when it’s time to make a payment or quickly check your balance during bill pay time. I think I’ll pay this off and let it collect dust.
AspireAccountCenter has good potential but doesn’t work very well at all with iPhone pro. Biometric unlock didn’t work at all, pin didn’t work, password works unless you try to engage Face ID. It will then tell you over and over your password doesn’t meet requirements and to choose a password that meets requirements….huh? I thought I was logging in? The glitches have me concerned about the security of AspireAccountCenter . Other than that, AspireAccountCenter is designed well.
AspireAccountCenter never works. I click on AspireAccountCenter and it stays on the main screen loading up and never takes me to the log in screen. I have to do it through safari each time. It’s just frustrating.
I have had AspireAccountCenter for at least 6 months and it had literally never worked for me. During that time I don't recall any updates and I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it. Every time I try to open it, all I get is a blank white screen. There were times where I had nothing else to do so I waited a few minutes just to see if it would eventually load, and it never did.
AspireAccountCenter never works, in order to review and make a payment. I have log in on the desktop computer. This takes more time. AspireAccountCenter is useless!! I tried the Face ID log in….Guess what it didn’t work either… Please updated AspireAccountCenter or just remove it.
When was the last time AspireAccountCenter was even updated?! I haven’t even been able to OPEN AspireAccountCenter for months now! How am I supposed to conveniently make a payment if I can’t get into AspireAccountCenter on my iPhone 12 Pro? Just found out it opens fine on my 2 1/2 year old tablet no problem. But I don’t carry that with me everywhere like I do my phone.
I’m not sure what’s going on with AspireAccountCenter but I’ve downloaded it twice thinking that something was wrong with my iPhone. I think I need to see if I can cancel this card. This doesn’t make me confident at all.
It works fine when I can get it to open. I have to delete it and re-install and re-enter all my info all over again. Might as well just go to the website.
App very block and not Appealing to users, until it just stopped working and when opened only get a white screen and nothing, need more technical support
So it hasn’t worked at all for a very long time. Why do I even have AspireAccountCenter ? I keep hoping that it will get fixed but it seems like that is never going to happen.
So here is my story! I have this card and it’s easy to use, but I prefer to pay my card I full each month and I pay by my debit card, my balance does not reflect the funds and when you call there is always an excuse why! It can take over a week before the payment actually shows available and that’s ridiculous to me
One of the biggest reasons I liked this card was due to being able to pay my card through AspireAccountCenter. I’ve been trying to log in the past 2 days and all I’m getting is a white screen. What’s going on?
So, for about a month or so I haven’t been able to get AspireAccountCenter to load at all to even log in so I’ve just been using the mobile version.
Not sure why it took me so long but I had recently got a new phone and transferred everything over from that phone. That’s when I realized what the problem was.
It happened to me before with another banking app and all I did was delete and re-download AspireAccountCenter and boom, was able to log in with ease like before.

Hi this is not a criticism on aspire but more to let you know that AspireAccountCenter freezes when you open to a white screen after the last update.

I enjoy using AspireAccountCenter for convenience since it is faster and easier to access my account. However, the big inconvenience is that the PIN and Face ID do not actually work. You can complete the setup process to save your loving but once you tap “Save Login” it scans your face then starts back at the beginning and nothing happens. Same for the PIN. I can input my desired PIN and confirm that PIN but nothing happens after. I still have to manually type my login info at the main screen. Aside from those two issues everything seems perfect to me (except maybe add a dark mode for people that care about their eyes).
Seems to work perfectly so far with my phone.
App won’t even load open. It’s stuck at the loading page where I can’t even put in my information.
I’ve had AspireAccountCenter for a few months and it’s not once ever worked. I’ve deleted and re downloaded and it still doesn’t work. Pointless!!
App stopped working several months ago and is completely useless now, even after multiple deletions and reinstallations.
App not working. It’s been down for a while now. Very inconvenient to have to log in on a laptop or desktop just to review my account or make a payment. Fix this ASAP!
AspireAccountCenter no longer works.. it used too, and it worked very well for what I needed. However it hasn’t worked in over a month 🤷🏼♀️

Got the iPhone 11 Pro X Max and app is not working
Everything you need in a credit card app is right here with Aspire. Besides the expensive annual fee , I’ve had Aspire credit card for 2 months and they have been wonderful! When I’ve call their card service for help they have been friendly and helpful with excellent customer service. Apr is high but when you’re rebuilding your credit, this is to be expected. I’ve been able to upload my bank information and pay on my account with no problems. Wonderful app.
