App says there is no cards associated with this account

My dash card app says I don’t have any card associated with my account and when I called they said it was a problem with the app because my card is activated

I write my password by it is not working. I create new account, but isn’t opening

My card has two charges that I did not authorize.

Hello hope you are having a nice day. Sorry to bother you, had a problem with my phone. Was trying to set my dash card back up. tried too many times with with wrong password , i guess, anyway my card is suspended. Please rectify this problem. Asking again to activate my account. Once again, checking with tribal administrator and told my account has NOT been suspended.

My account was suspended when I logged in and tried to purchase food. Called my tribal representative and she said the account was not suspended and still had a credit balance. I NEED to have my card reinstated ASAP!
