I have a problem with Prime

- The app only allows for logging water and requires starting and stopping the fast at exact times, with no flexibility for being late.

- The manual system for entering fasting times does not work.

- The app does not provide more in-depth information than basic fasting.

- The app has flaws and missing information, such as the inability to change weight loss goals or view a list of allowed drinks during fasting.

- The meal section lacks measurements and real instructions.

My app is not record the fasting time. I stop it and then the next it does not record

To resolve Prime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Prime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prime » click [Force Stop]

Clear Prime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prime.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prime
