So Prime basically allows you to log your water. You how to start your fast exactly at 8 PM and be able to enter it into the system at the start button exactly at 8 PM. Likewise you have to stop your fast and hit the stop button on Prime exactly at 12 PM. If you were late then too bad. You have to default to entering it in manually. The problem is that the manual system does not work at all. So you can enter your first fast if you remember to enter it in exactly at 8 PM and endExactly at 12 PM the next day. Or whenever it is that you begin and stop your fast. I worked with the people on Prime . You’re only able to contact them via text through Prime . They got back with me within a few days. However they kept telling me to update Prime through the play store. However I was a new customer so I went ahead and updated it even though I was a brand new customer. I updated it again. Then they told me to update it as I informed them that I was a new customer. Then they told me that they had updated it last week so update it again and it still didn’t work. Best water logging app ever. Worst 25 bucks ever spent.

I was thinking this was something a little more or in-depth than the basic fasting. This expensive app did not give me anymore than I didn’t already know. It has a lot of flaws and missing information such as, I wanted to change the amount of weight I wanted to loose couldn’t do that. Wanted to see what the list of things I could drink on my fast, I couldn’t do that. I wanted to look at my original information I put it in that gave my projected date of completion and weight estimated to lose, couldn’t do that. The meals are a quick 30 or 40 seconds with no measurements or real instructions. Just overall not worth the cost. There was other stuff to but. Just google fasting or find a free app. Maybe this works for someone who knows nothing about fasting. All I wanted to lose was 10 lbs.

Horrible app. Needs a lot of work. Surely was not worth $49. Getting my money back currently. Kate was very responsive to my questions about Prime so that was a plus. Issues were: it didn’t document my first weight so the charts started with my second weight. It changed my starting weight to one pound less and it wouldn’t keep the corrected weight when I tried. I put in the end of fasting time and it documented it on the fasting progress chart but the main page continued to say I was still fasting. It is a messed up app. But again, not worth $49

I have had My Fitness Pal, Lose It, Carb Manager which I actually have loved each but I think Prime is useless. I set my fast from 8pm to 12pm but unless I remember to physically open program to start and stop it just keeps adding hours to whatever it was last on. So yesterday Iast time I used it was 43 hours ago on fasting. There is no way to input your data or adjust a change - that’s crazy. I don’t always add my data that day sometimes I wait to add water or weight till next day. Not in this program. Total waste of my time. I will go back to Lose It.

I was very excited to start my fasting journey, so I purchased the first app that popped up. App is easy to use but I feel I just paid for an over priced timer. The main part of Prime that drives me crazy is that if I finish my 16-18 hours of fasting, why can’t my person touch the flag!!??? I’m doing a 16 hour fast, and going over my time but my person never touches the finished flag. It’s driving me nuts!! Just let me touch the darn flag! If I hit my goal. Let my person walk pass the flag, if I went over my time! I am having success in my fasting journey. But if my little person never gets to get to touch the flag, I have to get a new app. I can not be the only one that this bothers. It would be nice if you could log calories in Prime as a feature also. Just a suggestion. But seriously… fix Prime so people that hit their fasting goal can not touch or at least standing by that flag! I’m currently at my fasting goal, just got the pop up messages congratulating me on hitting my goal yet I’m 12 feet away from the flag! Please for the love of Jesus move my little person! Thank you.

Prime is ok but needs better details regarding correct times on the start/end of the fast. Also, I’m disappointed that the words Fasting and Length are misspelled.
One suggestion - real life stories would be more encouraging. It’s always good to know how others are handling IF and have them share suggestions as to what worked well for them.

Prime is very helpful with tracking your fasting window, especially if you allow the notifications to remind you! I paid for the premium version and I don’t find it worth the money, there are only 2-5 healthy recipes total, no new ones coming in and no new articles on fasting. I wouldn’t recommend paying for the premium version, but it is helpful for tracking your fast.

Well I was living Prime until I woke up this morning and all of my progress and details were just home. Not one single day that I had logged was on there. It was right back to the beginning like I had just signed up. I’m on day one again and have no idea of my progress at this point. So disappointed. I guess will try one more time since I already paid for it.

As this is my fist time and new to this app Fasting, I needed some help guiding me through some questions. I used the “message” to ask a question. Kate responded in a very favorable time and answered my question.
I’m very thankful for a quick help app to help me be the healthiest I can be. Sometimes you just need the extra source of help and encouragement, and so far this is a help to me.

Prime is changing my life in many positive ways! It is easy to use, keeps me motivated and on track. The chat feature is great, my coach Kate always gets back to me with answers to my questions and she’s super supportive. I’m new to IF, just started a few weeks ago, and I’m already seeing and feeling the benefits to IF for me. 💕💕💕

Love Prime! Very easy to use! Not sure it is helping me yet but only been on it for three weeks… maybe my body does work this way.. I am also not a very good eater so thought this would be great for me being that it is a fastening app… hahaha I can go hours without eating or drinking! But I am not losing weight…. Customer service very helpful! They get back to you within a couple of hours. If messaged.

Prime is very easy to follow, has lots of educational features to help you learn how IF works, and it encourages you at the appropriate time! I have lost 6 pounds in 21 days and have more energy. It’s not hard to do like dieting because you can still eat what you want but your not hungry! Win win!

I love fasting, but I wasn’t consistent until I found Prime!! It makes me accountable. I just started 4 days ago and lost 2 pounds already!! It encourages me to drink more water and weigh myself daily so I can see results daily, even if it is .2 pounds I finally feel I WILL lose weight because I was stuck!! 😉

I’ve just begun the program. However so far. It’s working. I’ve overcome my wanting to eat late which is reason for doing this. I had bad habit of eating late at night. Snacking. This is helping me not to do that anymore. Plus a wide range of other things they help with. Definitely worth trying this program. Plus it affordable and easy to follow. They give you a lot of help and ideas to follow. Lots of encouragement along the way. 👍🏻👍🏻

I started IF using Prime and it has helped me tremendously. It is easy to follow and It has good information to read. Their meal Plan is also yummy and easy to prepare. Their support staff is ready to answer any questions you have and give you ideas too. I highly recommend Prime.

Prime has been a great resource, has a lot of information which I refer to and use daily. I’m now 50 years old and will continue to fast for the next 50 years. It’s easy to maneuver and the price point is low.

Prime is wonderful and so is Kate! I have been chatting with Kate with all my questions and her responses are prompt and have answered all my concerns. I’ve been using and following Prime for 3 days and have lost 2 lbs already. I am Finding that if I follow what they advise, with no “bad” food restriction, I am full longer and am Not snacking on junk at all! I am doing 20 Minute workouts, drinking the recommended amount of water and trying to take The recommended number of steps and feel great. Plus when I eat my two meals, I don’t eat as much because I’m not as hungry as usual. I am also sleeping like a baby! All good things to say so far!

I’m loving the plans available and ease of use. I’m very inspired and so excited to begin my journey. I’m starting to journal my progress and will continue to see how Prime helps out with my goal with losing weight and mental health.

I had a question about wether or not I could continue eating peanut butter in the morning. The question was answered in a very short time. Great response time. The answer was yes by the way.

I love breakfast! I thought following intermittent fasting would be very difficult but it has proven to be fairly easy. After the first couple of days, my hunger pains diminished a lot. I still eat breakfast but I eat it late morning or early afternoon. I feel really good but I must confess that some of my food choices have not been great so I will work on that. I like the daily notifications- they are inspiring.

I searched for Free Fasting Apps and this one was listed. Not happy when I was through the whole setup and it won’t let me go further without purchase. Looks like a good app for those that are looking to purchase. I have no problem with IF. I was looking for motivation and tracking.

After a few weeks of using Prime , it lost all my weight data. I went to put my weight in today and it was like starting over

Prime is not working well after the update. The water gauge only goes up to 20 oz. It is okay if you need a reminder to start and stop the fast.

I love the hours info during the fasting stages; however it would help if there were more info on when you finish and when to exercise and a little more detail on the times on eating

I am just getting started but so far they have been helpful by answering my questions. I am looking forward to getting into a rhythm and lose some weight!

I gave four stars because all my information is gone. I like using Prime to keep track of my fasting hours.

Prime is easy and straightforward to use. The little motivational notifications are a nice touch to keep you on track.

Great app! At first I was hesitant because of the yearly subscription but between the cost and benefit it is worth it! Would definitely suggest to friends.

I am using their app and I love it. It explains soooo much. Just remember it’s not al u can eat but choosing healthy food choices in ur eating window. Drinking lots of water is important, flushes the toxins out of ur body.

Great app I like the options of the amount of time to fast and the tracking of water or walking.

The Prime Fasting App has many problems and I have decided to log everything manually and cancel my subscription. It is cumbersome and not accurate.
