Hi guys. I can’t find in the app where to login or log out or even what my login email is. I have put it on another phone and can’t login and I’m not sure what email was used. My iTunes account email didn’t work where I had the subscription.

I’ve finished the ab & chest challenge. How do I reset them to get more workouts? Or do i just recycle the ones I’ve already completed?

How to fix FitHim app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FitHim app on iPhone
Update FitHim app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FitHim iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FitHim on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FitHim network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FitHim Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FitHim not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FitHim App
1. On android, goto Settings » FitHim » click [Force Stop]

Update FitHim to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FitHim App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FitHim » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FitHim.

Fix FitHim unable to contact server/ FitHim internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FitHim » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FitHim » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FitHim
