I did not like the video chat. It is difficult getting to speak to the same agent every time. I was declined for a secure loan. I have been with this credit union since 1983 and have never been denied a secure loan. What is the risk to the credit union when I am putting up all the cash for the loan? This is red lining at its highest level. Even when I put up cash for a loan, the loan is denied because of the color of my skin. This credit union is at its lowest level. I cannot believe that I wasted 40+ years with such a racist organization. And now, I canβt even deal with a live person. This is totally unacceptable.
The background COLOR used once logged is extremely bad: blurry to the eyes, and looks very messy, confusing, and creates an unpleasant experience USING the new app.
