I have a problem with Writing Space

Try to use app and get this message Can anyone help ! Unable To Install "Writing Space" The app is no longer available in the App Store. Keep Delete

To resolve Writing Space network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Writing Space App
1. On android, goto Settings » Writing Space » click [Force Stop]

Clear Writing Space App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Writing Space » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Writing Space.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Writing Space » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Writing Space » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Writing Space
