I just downloaded HTeaO (I didn’t know there was one lol) and so far it’s been pretty easy to use. I wish we could enter receipts that are more than 3 days old because I don’t go that often. The first good receipt I tried scanning said “oops network error”, so I had to type in the barcode number, which isn’t necessarily a good look. Also, when ordering, the sweet tea flavors aren’t the same as the unsweet so I can’t get the specific flavor I want unsweetened. That needs to change, or they just need to have the option to make ANY flavor sweet or unsweetened. One flavor I’ve really wanted to try happens to be DECAF!!! I want caffeine in my tea lollllll. So ya, easy to use app, and I like the company but some things need to be tweaked. I usually go to Sonic because it’s cheaper.

Quick, easy dispensers. You can help yourself or have the cashier fill a mini “gallon” half gallon (my favorite) or a gallon. Right now I’m enjoying my half gallon half filled with unsweetened black tea, then 1/2 sweetened chai and then half citrus (?at the register area) I am glad to see they finally got rewards for us regulars... one drip(gush ) at a time!

We were introduced to this app from a friend raving about their happy hour. My kids are now hooked and I love the price to treat them for something that is natural and chemical free. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners in Georgetown TX. They are so sweet and go above and beyond for every customer. Their leadership is reflected in their staff. They are sweet, respectful, and are hard workers. That’s hard to come by these days. If you haven’t tried it go in and enjoy!

I went to San Antonio TX to visit my family and they have got me hooked on this tea!! I love the Georgia peach! I I purchased the teabags and took it with me to Brownwood TX when I went to visit the rest of the family; and now they are praying that Brownwood TX gets a store. I would love them to make it where we could transfer the points as a gift to other family members, that would be totally awesome!!!

Always a friendly smile and provides information about the various products including HTeaO to earn “drips” for each purchase. This allows you to earn points for free products. Enjoy being able to take a walk with my pet and stop by for a beverage. Super important in the Texas heat.

Found out about this app through my work, had to run power over at one of the local spots. Figured I'd come try some of the tea and check out how everything turned out but the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The tea is extremely good there isn't a flavor i dislike. Definitely recommend their products.

So I got HTeaO to make it a little bit easier as far as ordering online, like you do it Chick-fil-a then once you get there you just tell them who you are they pull up the order and place it and you go through the line. I am in San Angelo Texas and that is still not available to us. Shows it has my favorite store but cannot order online. I’m not real sure who built the store but it really could be revised a little bit to make it work better not only for customer but really your employees!!!

I just found this store in Tulsa. Friendly employees and really good iced tea. I can recommend the sweet Georgia peach though they have unsweetened too. You get to taste all of the flavors and then can buy by the glass or gallon. They have happy hour from 2 to 4. Support this new business in Tulsa behind Woodland Hills mall , where the A&W/Long John Silvers used to be.

I like that you can go back and scan the receipt later if you don’t have your phone on hand with you to renew the points it makes it easy to collect points when you can scan receipt later

I love the store and the teas. HTeaO doesn’t make it easy to select the Wichita, KS location to see the menu. It shows the other stores but not mine. I have West Wichita as a favorite and can get to it but there is not a menu available there. Adding that would help make this a better app.

I bought four large teas to bring to friends that live two hours away. Not only did Johnny put them in a cup carrier, but he put the carrier in a plastic bag. By the time I got on the road, there were already some drips in the bag from me tipping the cups a little too far. I'm thankful for his thoughtfulness!!

not much of a braggerd but in this I am not confounded this app has my full attention, should I have a buck and I’m thirsty I make my way over to this app in a hurry not so fast that I break the speed limit but I am not timid because to be mindful of my hearts conditions is always worth a mention

It’s hit or miss when you order an unsweet tea. Even if I repeat the order a second time the person who fills the cup will occasionally still give me a sweet (with sugar) tea. Sometimes if they are very busy (long line) I don’t get a chance to taste it and by then it’s too late. It’s very serious to a diabetic person to get the order correct.

This was our first time in and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were able to taste any of the teas and I ended up with the sweet Texas chai and a gallon of unsweet green to take home. Everything we tried was SO GOOD!! We will definitely be back.

Hi I’m trying to get into my app and reset password and when I put mine or husbands mobile numbers in it just says “ oops number already taken” but no way to reset password, Please advise Thank You🙂

We love this location because it is always clean, personnel is fast and friendly and the store is immaculate! The owners are amazingly friendly too! We love the tea so much!

My husband and I love the new Garland this app! We tried it the day it opened and fell in love with the Georgia Peach Sweet and the Coconut Sweet Iced Teas ! It’s become part of our routine during the week. The people are awesome and so is the Tea!

I absolutely love this place ! The service is always so friendly atmosphere is clean and you can taste test before you purchase your amazing refreshing clean & fresh water ice tea .I’ve never had any Ice Tea that compares to this app
