To all of you complaining about WaffleHouse,
It is more for employees then customers. If you’re a regular at Waffle House you should know that we are very “old school” and don’t have fancy electronics to do online orders. Our saying is “good food fast and friendly” so don’t be lazy and come in and place your order.

Worst app ever. Location doesn’t work. Sitting in a Waffle House in Lexington Kentucky and it keeps showing me locations in metro Atlanta GA when I tell it to find locations near me. No way to order from WaffleHouse . I can’t believe they paid someone to develop this pointless app. It’s nothing more than a glorified electronic menu that a grade school child could put together. I wouldn’t have given it a single star if it was possible to write a review without one.

To all of you complaining about this being a bad app, it was more made for Waffle House employees. It works fairly well on the employee side. Can keep track of my paychecks and schedule pretty easily. It signs me out every once in a while but overall, not too bad.

Waffle House is old school. WaffleHouse is not to take online orders. It is for employees. Stop being lazy and come in to take the order we are typically very busy we do not have time for apps and phone calls 😂

Immediately, one of the worst food service apps I’ve ever used. I uninstalled it less than five minutes after I downloaded it.

It’s not intuitive and doesn’t function properly. It couldn’t find my location. It couldn’t even bring up the Waffle House that’s a few blocks away. And I couldn’t get to an actual order screen.

It’s completely pointless!

I hope they didn’t pay someone to make WaffleHouse. It allows you to put together a meal as if you can place an order for a meal online. When you go to actually try to order the meal there is no button that allows you to do so. So why would you let me put together the meal in the first place??!!!

I’ve seen some Waffle House employees using some pretty nasty language towards people who (rightfully) think WaffleHouse is for customers… why would we think it’s for employees when it says “PROVIDE CUSTOMERS” in the second line??? Maybe the inability to read is why you work at Waffle House … idk

Considering issues these days with covid etc. I should be able to order online through app like 1000 other apps..

Seriously, why did you people even bother to write WaffleHouse when any browser would do?

WaffleHouse is pointless. I don’t need WaffleHouse to find the closest Waffle House…Apple Maps does that for me. I can’t even place an online order with WaffleHouse … but oh wait I can buy merch that no one would ever wear. Just delete WaffleHouse Waffle House unless you add the ability to place online orders.

WaffleHouse doesn’t work. If you click on your local Waffle House link it doesn’t do anything. You can’t order on here if that’s what’s you’re thinking, it’s to sell and advertise Waffle House products. Whoever they paid to create WaffleHouse hustled them.

There’s nothing WaffleHouse can do that you can’t also do with a quick Google search.

Also, whoever created the FAQS list is crazy. You can’t tell me anyone asked half of those questions.

I can’t believe they paid someone to develop WaffleHouse a middle schooler with basic coding schools and a crap computer could make a much better app than this oh and you can’t actually order anything on here so it’s really pointless.

You can’t order anything through WaffleHouse and if you look up a store and say open the page it just takes you to the web browser.

Why have a mobile app and can’t order from it and every time I call I get a computer message saying there not taking phone orders at this time COME ON MAN y’all gotta do better

How does a restaurant have an app that doesn’t even have their full menu? The only reason Waffle House has stayed in business is because of alcohol. What a garbage app, company, and chain.

Found WaffleHouse to have no real functionality for what apps are used for. It really does nothing.

All I can say is “what’s the point?”. The whole idea of a restaurant app is to order food. You know what WaffleHouse can’t do?….order food! Utterly pointless.

Why else have an app if not to be able to order takeout? This is a useless app and I’ve already deleted it.

Unless you are looking for a career at Waffle House, WaffleHouse is pointless. Can’t even order food to go on it. Get with the program, Waffle House.

How on 2021 can you not have the ability to order pickup orders through you app!

I don’t even understand why there’s a Waffle House app of I can’t order pick up …
