I am not able to login to my HTeaO app and it will not let me reset my password.

The app loads then immediately crashes to black screen with hteao words all over it. Please fix the issue.

I need help resetting my password. It won’t let me and I do not know how to do it through the app.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HTeaO app issues:

Force Stop the HTeaO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HTeaO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HTeaO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HTeaO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HTeaO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HTeaO.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HTeaO » "Force Stop".

Again, got HTeaO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
