Get Pricing Info for HTeaOOK, I got a new phone and I had to get a new phone number. I have reset the new phone number. I tried adding my password and it tells me it’s incorrect as though as my username it will not pull up my points. Then it will tell me to reset my password, but then when I go in to do it, it will not accept it. I do not want to lose my points. What can I do to get it all back with a new phone number I’ve even tried deleting the app and resetting it up and it tells me there’s already an account
I cannot log into my account any longer and does not recognize my email.
I worked a 6 hour shift and quit due to haven't a bad experience. It's been about 2 months and I have yet to recieve my check. When I tried to pick it up from the store, I was basically told that it was only a few hours and not to worry about it. I'm not sure why I haven't recieved it yet and I have had no help with the situation.
I have tried multiple times to reach them for help in regard to a misissued gift card and I have had no response whatsoever. Basically they have stolen as there is no way for me to redeem or transfer the gift card that was purchased for a friend across the country.

So I got the app to make it a little bit easier as far as ordering online, like you do it Chick-fil-a then once you get there you just tell them who you are they pull up the order and place it and you go through the line. I am in San Angelo Texas and that is still not available to us. Shows it has my favorite store but cannot order online. I’m not real sure who built the store but it really could be revised a little bit to make it work better not only for customer but really your employees!!!

I just downloaded the app (I didn’t know there was one lol) and so far it’s been pretty easy to use. I wish we could enter receipts that are more than 3 days old because I don’t go that often. The first good receipt I tried scanning said “oops network error”, so I had to type in the barcode number, which isn’t necessarily a good look. Also, when ordering, the sweet tea flavors aren’t the same as the unsweet so I can’t get the specific flavor I want unsweetened. That needs to change, or they just need to have the option to make ANY flavor sweet or unsweetened. One flavor I’ve really wanted to try happens to be DECAF!!! I want caffeine in my tea lollllll. So ya, easy to use app, and I like the company but some things need to be tweaked. I usually go to Sonic because it’s cheaper.

It’s hit or miss when you order an unsweet tea. Even if I repeat the order a second time the person who fills the cup will occasionally still give me a sweet (with sugar) tea. Sometimes if they are very busy (long line) I don’t get a chance to taste it and by then it’s too late. It’s very serious to a diabetic person to get the order correct.
