Its showing message that incorrect data entered

Not able to verify code for registration in Nusuk app. it says 10010016 incorrect entered data.Have tried so many times. Kindly resolve

I have been trying to register with Nusuk as visitor but it keeps giving me "Error happened. Please try again later".

SOLUTION: I was having "incorrect entered data" multiple times. It turns out that the app is saying there is something incorrect in the previous screen (the form where you enter the registration data). In my case, I found that it does not like any non-alphanumeric character in the password - only up... Show more per and lower case letters and digits are allowed. Hope this helps.

SOLUTION: Error: 10010016 incorrect data enterted Solution: For me, I had to remove any characters from passport number text field, so only enter numbers from passport number. After that I was able to create user and request entry permit.
