Its showing message that incorrect data entered

Not able to verify code for registration in Nusuk app. it says 10010016 incorrect entered data.Have tried so many times. Kindly resolve

I have been trying to register with Nusuk as visitor but it keeps giving me "Error happened. Please try again later".

SOLUTION: I was having "incorrect entered data" multiple times. It turns out that the app is saying there is something incorrect in the previous screen (the form where you enter the registration data). In my case, I found that it does not like any non-alphanumeric character in the password - only upper and lower case letters and digits are allowed. Hope this helps.

Salaams, The app is not sending through the verification code matter how many times I've tried. Can this issue be resolved as soon as possible please. Kind regards

Salam, I am Abd Haris Abu Bakar. I am performing umrah on 6 Feb 2023 and i need to install nusuk to book umrah related services. I failed to register nusuk with this error -> ERROR 10000016 Incorrect Entered Data. I read 1 solution above where a complainant removed alphabet in Passport field and he succeeded. I tried both with and without alphabet in the passport no field...all notification code received BUT VERIFICATION STILL FAILED with the above error code. Please help

I got problem because I already forget the old email and the password . I try to update new email but the app still want the old password and sent the verify to the old password. How to burn out all the old databased to refresh the new email and new password
