Unhappy app user

There has been many times Border has not worked. I now have to drive to the bank to deposit most checks. I have to re-download every other day so i can open Border . We are now considering moving to a different bank. I have also expressed this concern to multiple people at the bank and nobody seems to care.

Bad Everything

Worst app. Always going down and when you call the bank they transfer you a few times trying to find someone to help you but nobody has a clue how to log in. This has happened 3 times now and the staff at the bank are clueless on what the issues are, they tell you just to wait it out. So frustrating!

App is slow and glitchy

I almost always get a “we cannot verify your credentials at this time” message when I am trying to log into Border .
