Somehow my old membership from two years ago wasn’t reactivated so now I have two accounts. I can log in to either account on the website fine since they have different usernames but they have the same email. Why they created a new account is beyond me. But since PlanetFitnessAustralia uses email it won’t log into either account, I tried making both accounts having the same and different passwords, neither attempt worked. The fun part is the website help desk has you contact the store, the store replies use the support link at the bottom of PlanetFitnessAustralia , that doesn’t exist, clicking PlanetFitnessAustralia support from Apple store takes you to “virtuagym” link that no longer exists, the gym is fine but the support on PlanetFitnessAustralia and non existent headquarters customer service support is a joke. Is there no quality control on your app and links? Your help page points to non existent pages and links. Only leaving this review in the hopes someone that can resolve this will actually contact me.

Was told by my club will have to get PlanetFitnessAustralia to check in for the digital scan. I have not been in the gym for a long time and lost my tag for checkin. This Covid thing has really backlogged my comfort, to start coming in to the gym. Now I have PlanetFitnessAustralia telling me, it can’t activate my digital membership. Doesn’t recognize my email (although I still get email from PF) or something wrong with my internet connection. Everything else works well…have rebooted my phone along with reinstalling PlanetFitnessAustralia . So disappointed!

I just moved to Utah and I had to start at a new gym. The staff was rude and tersely directed me to download PlanetFitnessAustralia. I fill out all my personal info to find out in order to sign up it needs my checking AND credit card info. No problem I have both Annnd servers are busy. Annnd I got double charged let me send an email. Servers are busy. I can’t get into the gym with my new card because apparently I signed up when guess what? The servers are busy.

Tried to log in and it said my password wasn’t correct. So I requested to change my password (through PlanetFitnessAustralia ). Never got an email so I requested through a browser. Changed my password. Went to login on PlanetFitnessAustralia again. Didn’t work. Went to login through the browser and was fine.

I just joined and trying to set everything up but can’t activate my account. It keeps popping up with an internet syncing error and to check my wifi but my wifi signal is strong. Tried deleting PlanetFitnessAustralia and re download it again but still no luck. Don’t know what to do at this point.

This is app is giving me problems. I go online and change my password but when I try to log in on PlanetFitnessAustralia it’s doesn’t let me sign in. Then I try to reset my password but the email never sent to me to reset my password

I was with PF a few years ago and found PlanetFitnessAustralia to work well. I rejoined and now it won’t let me activate my account. The folks at the gym were helpful but ultimately it wasn’t working.

It’s a pain to call customer service to see if the issue is related to having a previous account.

I downloaded PlanetFitnessAustralia , went to the gym and joined, filled in all info after joining and PlanetFitnessAustralia won’t open on my iPhone SE fen 2. Manager at gym said to just keep trying. I cannot understand how a gym of this nationwide status can have an app this bad. The gym itself is great, I really enjoy going but I have to manually check in.

I’m not able to log into my account on my app. I can log in just fine on a computer but every time I try on PlanetFitnessAustralia . I get a user information does not match or please check your internet. I need help.

I had to delete PlanetFitnessAustralia and download it again, and since then I cannot log in, and I’ve tried EVERYTHING to be able to reset my password but the emails just will not come through. PlanetFitnessAustralia is pretty useless now!

They say they want no contact when entering - however they give out tabs anymore so I have to say my telephone number every time I go. It holds up the line and sometimes U have to say the number 3-4 times because I do not want others to hear me. But…. They do anyway.

I’ve tried 12 times to reset my password. I’ve asked for help 6 times and each time was told that they can’t help me. I’m still not logged into PlanetFitnessAustralia . I’m supposed to have PlanetFitnessAustralia to let my friend in with me. I’m so tired to trying to get it to work!

Everything works fine but trying to change password doesn’t work well. It won’t send you emails or accept known password.

I’ve been a member of the local PF for about a month and PlanetFitnessAustralia says it doesn’t recognize my email though I get email and texts from PF. Local reps tried but can’t resolve the issue.

I have my account open on my computer, but PlanetFitnessAustralia will not accept my log in, I tried to “activate” no luck.

I can never get into PlanetFitnessAustralia so I have to reset my password and then it takes forever to get the email with the link to change it. 😡

Shame! After all these one star reviews you would think they hire someone to fix it. Ehh , you can just get Purple from frustration.

I’m giving PlanetFitnessAustralia one star, because I have been unable to login for over a month.

And maybe everybody but me knows this but don’t use this one it will just cause you a world of trouble Do the one up above it is the current one they should remove this

Unable to login app even though my email address has been verified. I am a new member. Poor tech support. Disappointed.
