Worst bank service Ever!!
The latest, neww update won’t accept their own code, WOW!! 🙄

Hate the new update it never gives me the balance correctly have to log in online to get the accurate account balance so frustrating.

The new website is terrible I’m not getting alerts I like the old one better

At first MountainCU was ok but now it makes me download MountainCU every time I use it. That’s ridiculous and a waste of time. I have to delete the newly downloaded app or I would have the icon on every screen. I do not like it.

You made everybody update their app and now we can’t log on to see our accounts I don’t know why you did it but it’s horrible now that we realize we had to do it you’re close so nobody can help anybody until in the morning quit messing with stuff!

Love the new app! I now can see all info on my auto loan as well as personal loan!!! Only one problem. After I updated MountainCU , it won’t let me log in from MountainCU itself. So I deleted to redownload thinking that would fix it. Nope! When I go to App Store and pull up MountainCU it says open as if it’s still on my phone. I can open and see bank info from App Store which I’m uncertain if that is safe. Now I can’t figure out how to add back to my phone since all it says is open.

So far MountainCU is very easy to use. It’s fast and easy. I love it!

This latest upgrade to mobile deposit works much much better than the previous one. It’s easier quicker and more efficient. I love it.
