I am a paid user but when I try to use Wombo AI by selecting a photo and a music, Wombo keeps saying "Wombo is being..." and does not complete the work. I have uninstalled and re-install Wombo AI but the problem has not been solved. Please help. Thank you

Hello Wombo, I first downloaded wombo there was a pop up saying that some features don’t work. I kept pressing okay. Then I tried signing up. Didn’t work. So then I closed wombo’s tab hoping it will work. It does not when I open it I am greeted with a white loading screen and 2 pop ups one saying that some features don’t work and another saying it’s failed to fetch user authentication. I’ve tried re-downloading it twice and it won’t work. Please help!

Hello Wombo, I’m trying to download WOMBO Dreamer onto my iMac computer (OS 12.3.1). However, no matter how I try, Wombo will NOT allow me to download the program even via the Apple store or via Google, etc. Advanced Apple tech support couldn’t help either. I’m an artist and need to use Wombo for ai creative purposes. PLEASE have someone contact me for an individual step by step instruction in downloading Wombo to my iMac computer. Thanks very much!
