Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Dream app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Dream app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dream app on iPhone
Update Dream app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dream iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dream on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dream network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Dream not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dream app issues:

Force Stop the Dream App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dream app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dream to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dream App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dream app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dream.

Fix Dream unable to contact server/ Dream internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dream » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dream » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dream on android.
