Summary of Widgeridoo Problems 🔥

- Slightly awkward and clunky when creating a widget

- More font options are needed

- Transparent background option is desired

- Minor bugs need to be fixed

- Downgrades the quality of an image when set as the background of a widget

- Can be confusing at first and requires patience

- Need an undo button and a delete button for boxes when setting up a template

- Wish it hooked into more of the native apps in iOS or even third party apps so more stuff could be put in there

- Need more things like a clock, timed widgets, and a lot more things

Ever since updating to Ventura on my 2020 MacBook Air all of the widgets I have set up are not working. The app itself (I'm using the Pro version) shows the widgets I have set up, Earth, one showing time in my zone and the west coast and one that simply has two inspirational texts. However the widgets in The one showing the times is just blank, the other two say Fail. Apple widgets and some other 3rd party widgets are working.

How to fix Widgeridoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Widgeridoo app on iPhone
Update Widgeridoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Widgeridoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Widgeridoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Widgeridoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Widgeridoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Widgeridoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Widgeridoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Widgeridoo » click [Force Stop]

Update Widgeridoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Widgeridoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Widgeridoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Widgeridoo.

Fix Widgeridoo unable to contact server/ Widgeridoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Widgeridoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Widgeridoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
