I had ordered a big order but due to phone issue was not able to see the missed call. The rider never tried to find the office door but anyway when I contacted support they said they will charge the whole order! I understand if cancellation fee is charged but it’s super shady behavior to charge me for all the order even though they will sell it again.

My order never arrived and when I contacted costumer service, they had me waiting for another 30+ minutes.
Other companies do a better job. Don’t even bother with this one.

When scrolling through my cart items are accidentally removed without me clicking on them. It’s super annoying.

Lots of products available for really good prices. Best part is the time and energy I save not having to go to the store. Took 4 minutes for them to deliver where I live.

My order was actually delivered within 9 minutes. (Berlin) Even came with a free chocolate bar (that I did not order) which was a nice surprise. I ordered a lot of heavy stuff so I felt sorry for the delivery guy.

Here in Kassel they are fantastic great people who are offering and excellent friendly service, where I am very proud of. Thank you so much 😀🙏.
