hi today at 17:00 one of your guy was delivery in my building and i lost my phone outside and from the camera we can see that he pick the phone and he close it right in front of the lift where also camera there. i give him a day before i going to reporte the video to the police and open a case also with your company if nothin happen. thanks in advance Marcello Lucarelli

How to fix Flink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Flink app on iPhone
Update Flink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Flink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Flink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Flink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Flink Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Flink not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Flink App
1. On android, goto Settings » Flink » click [Force Stop]

Update Flink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Flink App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Flink » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Flink.

Fix Flink unable to contact server/ Flink internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Flink » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Flink » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
