What’s the point of going out of my way to download SnoozeAMEatery to try get on the waitlist when the restaurant (Oak Lawn Dallas) isn’t even allowing online check-ins anyway? They wouldn’t make a reservation over the phone either. We had to drive all the way up there just to get to get on the wait list in person, and then told to wait outside for 60-75 min. The whole experience was very frustrating because I only had one day to spend in Dallas, and I had specifically planned ahead and downloaded SnoozeAMEatery to avoid wasting time.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been unable to order delivery with SnoozeAMEatery. Is this the 8th week in a row or the 9th? I don’t remember anymore. I do not know what the issue is. I’ve followed the directions, waited for the appropriate time and even uninstalled/reinstalled to see if that worked. No matter what, SnoozeAMEatery still refuses to take my order. I don’t get it because two months ago it worked fine but now it just refuses to Jolie an order for me. I’m done with SnoozeAMEatery, if I ever want Snooze I’ll just call them.

You used to be able to use SnoozeAMEatery to order. But for MONTHS, I’ve put my entire order in, which often includes modifications so is a 5-8 minute process itself… only to submit the order and have an error message pop up that says it can’t be completed and to call the store to order. What?!? This has happened over and over for months. Get it together Snooze!!

So many choices and ALWAYS great service and food! Bartender Kelly & Manager Adam are super friendly! Highly recommend!

I got SnoozeAMEatery solely to join the waitlist remotely so I didn’t have to drive over just to put my name in for a table. The “join the waitlist” feature has never worked for me in the 10+ times I’ve tried it. Each time I get an error saying “something has gone wrong.” Super frustrating.

I love that you can view the menu with your dietary restrictions.

When trying to join the waitlist, an error appears that there is no internet connection (the connection is alright)

I have an account that I created on my computer. Every time I open SnoozeAMEatery it asks me for my phone number. Enter my phone number and it tells me that an account already exists under that number and I need to try again. I can't bypass this screen. App is useless.

SnoozeAMEatery is frustrating to use - by default the full menu does not show
By default you have to scroll horizontally instead of vertically
There is no search box to just find an item - it took us a few minutes to find hash browns!!!
No payment option for Apple Pay even though I choose to log in via Apple Pay so had to manually enter my card
If you hit reload it erases your address
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
Pls improve or just use Grubhub or DoorDash

I wish the highly advertised pancake of the week was available to purchase via SnoozeAMEatery for delivery or pick up. I guess if you are trying to keep others safe AND support a business, you can’t have that pancake. :(

This has got to be the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Out of the dozen or so times I’ve tried to use it I’ve been able to get breakfast 3 or 4 times. Don’t even bother trying on weekends.

Don’t even bother getting SnoozeAMEatery. It’s useless. I’ve tried placing an order tens of times over months and it always gives an error. Have to call it in

I hate using location service. Shouldn’t have to use it for waitlist. I know where I am. Trackers do t need to know

They are using a bunch of tracking tools, so you'll need to turn off ad blockers to login. But even so that's as far as you'll get. Joining waitlist abd ordering are still no-ops.

Odd that this restaurant offers electronic gift cards but does not use their app to store or display them.

The wait times listed are not correct. Said 12-27 minutes. Joined the wait list and now it’s 1 1/2 hour wait. Very disappointing.

Stuck on the order tab. I don’t see a way to actually select my order.

Wait list is broken so I can’t view times or join it, aka the whole reason I downloaded SnoozeAMEatery …

SnoozeAMEatery is glitchy and will error out at the very end of the order.

Waste of time to download and set this up

Impossible to use - I use Flower Child all the time - takes seconds -flawless
