What’s the point of going out of my way to download the app to try get on the waitlist when the restaurant (Oak Lawn Dallas) isn’t even allowing online check-ins anyway? They wouldn’t make a reservation over the phone either. We had to drive all the way up there just to get to get on the wait list in person, and then told to wait outside for 60-75 min. The whole experience was very frustrating because I only had one day to spend in Dallas, and I had specifically planned ahead and downloaded the app to avoid wasting time.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been unable to order delivery with this app. Is this the 8th week in a row or the 9th? I don’t remember anymore. I do not know what the issue is. I’ve followed the directions, waited for the appropriate time and even uninstalled/reinstalled to see if that worked. No matter what, the app still refuses to take my order. I don’t get it because two months ago it worked fine but now it just refuses to Jolie an order for me. I’m done with this app, if I ever want Snooze I’ll just call them.

You used to be able to use the app to order. But for MONTHS, I’ve put my entire order in, which often includes modifications so is a 5-8 minute process itself… only to submit the order and have an error message pop up that says it can’t be completed and to call the store to order. What?!? This has happened over and over for months. Get it together Snooze!!
