This is the most useless food app I’ve ever used in my life home and abroad. I order food a lot, it’s almost like a fun thing to me and when something is wrong with my order, I complain , I sent videos of the wrong order I received from the vendor to this useless company and for over a week they didn’t do anything. They closed my case and told me the vendor told them the right order was sent, meaning my proof (Video) and my order that was obviously wrong meant nothing to them, they lack basic skills to satisfy their customers. This is why it’s not okay to pay before your delivery gets to you. It’s been two days since my last message to their customer service and they never got back to me. Like every other Nigerian company, they only care about making money. Oh before I forget, the prices on their menu is slightly higher than what the restaurants actually sells them so they scam people too.

Choedeck delivery service is the worst ever, you will put 30min on ChowdeckFoodDelivery but it will take 2hrs before it gets to me if you are planing on downloading ChowdeckFoodDelivery ( it’s at your own risk) cause Glovo is way better than this stupid app I have never had my food delivered within the given time, it takes at least an extra 30 minutes or 1 hr before it gets to me. Very annoying

I ordered food and it took them 3 hours before the respond to me and the still have the mind to reject my order after waiting for hours and they have not still refund my 8k till today 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 that are poor in delivery before you get your food you will have stage till death 😡😡 I regret downloading ChowdeckFoodDelivery

ChowdeckFoodDelivery maps addressess to the wrong location causing delay in the delivery of food to customers. Thrice i have complained about this and nothing was done to correct it. You will have to include a note to let the riders know which more often than not, they do not check. Until this is fixed, it gets a 1 star rating from me.

I ordered fire more than an hour ago and I was told that I would receive my order within 20 minutes yet the rider refuses to bring my order to the destination. And also an order went missing. This would mark the last time I’m ordering from Chowdeck

A very poor service
Ordered for food by 11:17am and it is taking 2hrs now without getting the food
And this place isn’t even far from my office
Y’all are not ready to refund or deliver making me starve…no customer care service to call
The guy texting just acting like a fool

Always goes blank in between orders and now it’s refusing to restart while one has an ongoing order to track. It’s even more difficult to sort issues when the OTP isn’t sent via email or text.

Absolutely irksome.

For a food delivery platform, customer service should be as important as the product quality. I placed an order from a restaurant at Chowdeck where my order was delivered with some incorrect items and some of my requested items completely missing.

Chowdeck’s platform has glaring gaps in the following way:
- no way to contact the store. Tried contacting the business through their Google my business page and no luck either.
- delayed customer service. I reached out to chow deck about the issue with my order, there’s no way to call anyone, I’ve been waiting over 24 hours from a response from their customer service team through ChowdeckFoodDelivery , Twitter and Instagram.

Chowdeck app is great! But riders are extremely rude. Rider kept raising his voice at me despite not being at my exact location, uses foul language and was extremely unprofessional. Eventually delivery was canceled and the rider still didn’t deliver my food neither did he call also. Instead he kept lying to the customer support that I told him to come into my house and he refused, and they chose to believe him. It’s definitely my last time here.

Chowdeck fell off. I do not know how. Chowdeck used to be great , the riders were not as rude from the jump once they pick up the call , the riders handled food with better care and most of all , I never had to wait for two hours to receive !! I mean this isn’t food court. How can I wait an hour 30 for food and ask for a refund and you tell me to wait that you are still finding a rider. I mean do I starve ? I’m more sad than disappointed at this point. Chowdeck used to be so good.

They have become too comfortable and horrible in their customer care service. There’s no balance between users and vendors needs. Vendors takes precedence especially after a horrible mistake that could cause a sickness. These vendors are not made accountable and chowdeck does not care about their users. They only care about the money they make from these vendors no matter how horrible they are.

Last time I’m ordering from Chowdeck as they’ve really fallen off. They won’t have riders available yet ChowdeckFoodDelivery will say otherwise, leading to long wait times. I’ve had to call the restaurants directly only to find out that the rider never got to their restaurant despite what ChowdeckFoodDelivery updates shows! Poor service all around and customer rep is not timely.

Unreliable and inconsistent flow with ChowdeckFoodDelivery and verification process.

Crashed the first time I used it and wasn’t verifying the second/last time I used it.

These bugs are extremely annoying and can easily be fixed, but Nigerians….

I ordered and they updated ChowdeckFoodDelivery that the rider has picked my food I didn’t later gett the food even after I complaint and I did so much and I asked for a refund they told me they’ve created the transfer, but I didn’t get it so I guess ChowdeckFoodDelivery is a scam

Lately the increase in price food on your platform is too much it's starting to look unreal after paying service fees and delivery fee. Kindly bring down the prices of meal back to the restaurant coat . And your delivery takes too long lately.

My first time of using ChowdeckFoodDelivery I was very scared then but after I use it I really love it because it’s very fast and there rider are friendly they are not harsh at all 😘😘😘love you guys keep it up
