How to fix Text4Me app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Text4Me app on iPhone
Update Text4Me app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Text4Me iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Text4Me on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Text4Me network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Text4Me Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Text4Me not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Text4Me App
1. On android, goto Settings » Text4Me » click [Force Stop]

Update Text4Me to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Text4Me App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Text4Me » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Text4Me.

Fix Text4Me unable to contact server/ Text4Me internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Text4Me » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Text4Me » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Text4Me
