How to fix School Buddy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the School Buddy app on iPhone
Update School Buddy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall School Buddy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix School Buddy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve School Buddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

School Buddy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix School Buddy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the School Buddy App
1. On android, goto Settings » School Buddy » click [Force Stop]

Update School Buddy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear School Buddy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » School Buddy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart School Buddy.

Fix School Buddy unable to contact server/ School Buddy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click School Buddy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto School Buddy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
