Figure Pay Reviews

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews. But for FigurePay I wanted to give it a shot. I like the services they have offered me. Such as the buy now pay later loans. But they’ve been so cool about everything. Recently they had a holiday sweepstakes where they drew my name and apparently I won $500 dollars which should show up in my account this coming week. I confirmed with the lady via their email for that. And she asked if I could leave a review which she would appreciate and since I like Figure Pay I’m doing it.

Just used for the first time today, but already impressed. Received the referral bonus quickly too! Was able to get signed up in about five minutes. My only negative feedback would be the face recognition was very sensitive - you have to hold the phone just right for three seconds straight.

I find so many apps seem to make things way too difficult but not this one. The Figure Pay app took only minutes to set up an account and was then ready to use. They even provided a temporary virtual debit card to use until my physical one came in the mail.

I’m pretty new to Figure Pay, but FigurePay seems like it will be a great bank alternative. It offers a routing and account number so that you can get direct deposits, debit card access and direct payments to others. It was easy to setup and pretty straightforward on how to use. Lots of capabilities. So far, so good!

I’ve had a figure account and I don’t know if they looked at my profile pic and decided they didn’t want me as a customer anymore or what. But I feel like that’s definitely discriminatory behavior from a company, to just close my account, tell me to contact the fraud department by email for reasons why, and then not get any response after 5 emails. Like there basically isn’t a reason. I’ll be contacting the CFPB and see if I can get any answers

They use Experian when they run your credit. They tried telling me my score with Experian was a 511. Excuse me? I contacted Experian and was told that they get this call almost daily regarding FigurePay and that it gives much lower credit scores when applying for the loan than what applicants actually have. You’ve been warned. Don’t waste your time with this one.

This is gaming changing stuff from a company led by the people who created SoFi - next level for sure.

WAITR/ SQUAD drivers if you are thinking about trying this, don’t. Trust your fellow driver when I say this is not good for us. Keep doing what we’ve been doing and pay $2.99 or use Zelle.

They inform after the fact it takes days to transfer to another bank with absolutely no options to expedite the process!!

Whenever I try to verify identity it won’t let me scan id it says to hold steady over and over and over
And don’t even tell me to contact customer service or whatever it’s not worth the trouble just fix your app.

I go to sign up and I can’t even move the page to sign up. It’s a mess. Why can’t I sign up online then sign in on FigurePay . FigurePay is useless if I can’t do anything with it!!!

Buggy UI. Also you can’t use their pay later loan option online, only in person. How dumb! Who shops in stores anymore?

I been with them for 2 months and still can’t get them to send me a debit card

Took all my info everything I know matched then told me it did not re apply

poor service and unclear on their procedures . no management to speak to

Can you please fix your app. I can’t even sign up. When I get to the page to upload a pic of my driver’s license it doesn’t give me anything to click it just stays at the page that gives directions
