I applied for the card, was approved & never received the card. This was a year ago. I get emails every month with my statement of a card that was never even activated. I have called greendot & that’s useless without the card number I never received. I have called flex & they just tell me that I can apply on the flex app. No I can’t. There is no option, I’m assuming bc they think I already have applied & I already have the card. It’s a huge circle jerk & it’s annoying as hell. I’ve asked them to remove my email from their mailing list so I won’t get monthly statements anymore. Yet surprisingly I got another one lol.
Signed up for the Amazon flex debit card 2 months ago and never received it in the mail. Amazon flex support tells you to contact Green Dot customer support. Green Dot support is automated and wants you to enter your 16 digit card #. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Called Amazon support again. Customer service rep says it’s all good now, you should be able to go to the flex app and reapply. LIAR. Still no card and no button to click to apply on the flex app. I give ip

I can’t login into my account! Been saying technical problems since 5am!!!!!! This would have to occur on a Friday & i need to pay things! This flex card and app are simply mind boggling to say the least. Can’t activate this flex card as it tells me incorrect information. Can’t get to anyone at customer service as you have to input the same information and I’m told that it’s incorrect. There should really be some there who can fix simple issues instead of being sent from Amazon Flex to Amazon flex customer service. The number on the card for customer service (855) 676-0678 is useless as well as you can’t get through the automated questions if your card isn’t already activated. I just think that this is a poor excuse for a work debit card. So I’ll throw this into the garbage and continue to use my own personal cards

I can’t get access to my account I’ve updated the app tried calling both numbers on the card and in the description and my last resort using forgotten username/password even though my username/passwords are the same and nothing. I need the money to go get gas for work and Pay bills this is a horrible situation to be in. Also I was never able to link the card with other banks or find somewhere to withdraw money without being charged. The app literally shows atms that don’t support them! Seems super shady to me

I hate this app.. I can’t log in I tried calling to speak to someone it wouldn’t even let me it would ask for all my info the say a error has occurred and hung up.. can’t even activated my card. It sent a notification saying my funds are available but yet and still can’t log in or use my card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME it will drive you crazy oh and the Face ID doesn’t work 🤷🏽♀️

After numerous conversation with different reps, I STILL CANNOT LINK THIS CARD TO MY CAPITALONE BANK.
Their customer reps are clueless how to fix it, tickets were sent to fix, but no feedback was ever given even after 2 weeks of them receiving a reply to the ticket sent. Customer service is non-existent with this people.
I requested for my account to be closed. Not dealing with the headache and incompetent reps any longer.
