[Solved] I changed my phone and phone number I put the flex app on the new phone and it won't let me login.
it says my address isn't valid/seen and I have had this app for months,was directed to update info
Im trying to pay my rent before 3pm today and the website isn't working and they said they couldn't

App has bene stuck in "Property has not updated rent" for days now
My App seems to be done. when I press it is shows an Update required. When I press update app it takes me to a the screen Something went wrong try again. This happened last moth too. Please help. Carolyn
It says in yellow that my 1st payment failed...but in the status bar it says thanks for my payment ..please help
The first month with this account, I explained to flex that I am paid on Fridays only and asked if that would that be a problem in the future. I was emailed back that it wouldn't and the payment dates were easily changed. Now we're in the next month and the dates did not allow me to change it and now my bank account is overdrawn which means an nsf fee...I am closing since this service is more trouble than worth...

Flex took my 1st installment payment and my rent is not paid. Keep saying service issue. Asking for my money back and nothing. Seems like a scam to me.
I received an error notice on 10/1 saying that my rent looked like it increased. I went to the app to confirm the payment, and the app won't: a. Let me type in the correct amount because it doesn't allow for the decimal. b. Even if I just round it up to the next dollar, and I go through the steps, there is not button to hit OK to submit to push my payment through. The screen then freezes. (yes, I have the most recent version, and yes, I do no have my lock screen on). c. I have submitted 3 requests for help, and the response received was nothing related to my issue. d. Now I have a $150 late fee on my apartment community portal! Why is there no real customer service, Flex?
Not taking out my payment and now I got a 5 day notice. When I reached out I am getting nothing. Uninstalled and installed the app, and now it says server error
Flex customer service team won’t res h back out to me. Was wondering what my payment for the month was for
Went to app and it states upgrade now click on upgrade now it takes you to uninstall and open not a upgrade
They haven't debited my account yet and my rent is due tomorrow. Get it together Flex!!!
Flex debited my account on May1st and still hasnt processed my payment and now my rent is late. But the money is with flex!
My flex app charged me double and it’s incorrect and I need to fix this ASAP
