I have been trying to contact someone all day. I had recently attempted to rent an iPhone 11, I was told it was in progress of been accepted and shipped. I want to cancel it IMMEDIATELY! I DONT WANT ANY CHARGES TO MY CARD, AND IM WORRIED MY INFORMATION IS BEING SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES FROM HERE. I have tried to reach out through email, through the virtual chat. It keeps telling me to please wait for a care team specialist, and it never connects me! Approved and then canceled order

I was approved for a order and then they canceled my order. I reached out to them they took days to contact me! I am seriously not happy with this company and how they did me wrong! I am giving them a one star due to the terrible way I was treated. The next day I put the order back in again it was denied. Cs takes days to get back to you.I guess They don’t care how they treat their customers or potential customers.

The “for you” and “your tech” widget is not working.. the only thing working on that widget is the customer service.. that’s why I’m giving a four star. Update your widget and I will consider changing to 5 stars. Used the website Instead. Try to fix this as soon as possible cos the app is not functional if I can access my account. Update: They canceled my rent without telling me anything. Without shipping it and right after charging my account. It’s been hours and nothing from them.. you are walking on thin lines dealing with this company.. I don’t know what their problem is.. whether it’s manpower or whatever.. I’m just bothered I gave them my ssn. Be careful.
