Very hard site to navigate compared to the previous one.

The Baptist Hospital App is a good way to spend time looking at records. But when it comes to using it as a tool ti communicate need for prescription refills or making appointments it is horrible. You always get a message back to call the office. And then when you call the office you go to a telephone representative working from home. I would guess not even medically trained. Think out a new approach to patient care Baptist.

Need send to doctor from attachment I cannot send. Because I am Deaf I need see improvement to communication with Doctor by email or message as text This need Improvement. also Call Center bad for Deaf Friendly over the phone. Need better Call Center I dont like Robo call. thanks

Constantly locking me out. I change my password every time I log in because it does not recognize me. Can’t find my Dr appointments. Dr appointments just tells me I have an appointment at the clinic… With whom???

It’s so difficult to use. Nowhere to put in multiple guarantor numbers if you have kids. So what they do is bill you, make it impossible to pay. When you call they’re rude and tell you a completely different amount owed than what the invoice is for. Then send you to collections.

This automated system is useless. But of course with no human contact, no one can be held accountable for screw ups.

I added BaptistHealthMyHealth , but every time I go to login, it keeps telling me that that version is no longer good to get the updated one and every time I try it keeps sending me to this one and still says I cannot login…

I need a way to leave messages for my Dr or nurse.. Them messages tab has them locked. You could at least make reply’s available for a Dr nurse. I don’t want to hassle my Drs or nurses in any unprofessional way. Sometimes just be easier to use messages center. And what if it is an emergency?

Why so long on getting test results

I have the latest version of iOS on my phone when I try to enable always on location track for appointment arrivals the option is unavailable in settings and have been unable to find a work around that BaptistHealthMyHealth will accept. Also trying to enter credit card information to pay copays is broken. It will not allow me to enter expiration or ccv. Makes some of the main functions of BaptistHealthMyHealth unusable. Highly disappointed with it. But it tracks all of my medical appointments and notes so at least that works. How well is still up in the air.

Wearing me out with messages.

There is no mechanism to upload information such as flu and COVID vaccinations. Having this on BaptistHealthMyHealth would be helpful.

My biggest issue is that it won’t let me link my Apple Watch.

BaptistHealthMyHealth is good the only issue I have is it doesn’t show your booked appointments. I think when you book an appointment it should be on your chart. It will show you appointments that you need to set up our procedures that need to be done but not show what you booked. That’s the main issue I have with BaptistHealthMyHealth.

BaptistHealthMyHealth needs to show upcoming appointment and locations I’ve got sn aoooinment comin on Monday but no clue where it’s at exactly I need sn address

App seems well organized and provides blood test results and historical data in a well organized fashion.

So far the apps been great, easy to use and navigate, no complaints. My only issue is that it shows its compatible with apple watches on BaptistHealthMyHealth but it seems that isn't so. It gives you an option to link your watch if it's running watch OS 7 or later and on a series 3 or later device. I have both yet it says it's not compatible? Just confused as to why and how to fix it. Thanks.

BaptistHealthMyHealth works very well from my experience. It is extremely useful to me with the convenience of the mychart visits. Seems like it has top notch security features to ensure your information is as secure as possible. It has the 2 step verification as well.

The staff at Jason Rusts office, is so great. They have helped me a lot with my broken bones. I would definitely refer anyone to them. Great doctors and staff. They genuinely care about their patients and I’m so blessed they have taken care of me so good throughout my ordeal with breaking my T4 and some other fractures. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor family.

Doctor David Lackey was very friendly, Amazing, helpful and care a lot about his patients, Also all of his stuffs were very nice and friendly. Thank you very much!!!!

I am from out of state for the winter. I saw Dr. Commer and she diagnosed my problem and explained throughly what my next steps were. She is kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Coomer.

I like to set up due to the fact keys of track of appointments, my test results. It’s just a great app to have.

Finally a place I can have all my information put into for my medical information. I even see my lab results that my doctors failed to provide me all the information from.

I absolutely like my chart with Baptist Health if I need to pay a bill it’s more convenient and helps me keep up with my records and doctors notes too.

First time using the online video care. Dr reviewed my records, medications, symptoms and recommended the best care options. Great experience. Better than having to go to the office.

In May 2022 I had quadruple bypass at Baptist Health in Lexington Kentucky. After surgery BaptistHealthMyHealth has been extremely helpful keeping up with appointments and chat messaging with the staff. BaptistHealthMyHealth is extremely helpful and highly recommend
