The website is confusing enough I downloaded CentreSuite and Hope that it might be easier to use I was wrong. CentreSuite is useless I can’t even do the things that I want to do on it like pay my bill, or see my balance. Then again it could be there and I can’t figure out how to do it because CentreSuite is confusing. Please, please, please hire a developer to fix this because clearly a developer did not put this together they would’ve taken the time to make sure it was user-friendly and actually had a purpose. I hardly leave reviews but I had to leave one here in hopes that they fix it. Don’t waste your time downloading CentreSuite .

I’m pointing out the obvious.

Dumb:
When I open CentreSuite it forces me to search for the employee cards for the company I own. Just show me my company. Show me the total balance? Anything. Chase app works amazing that’s why I know CentreSuite is bad. So frustrating...

Solution: Chase and Bank of America apps work great. Just sign up with a different company.

I will stick with this company for about 3-6 more months. If these essential features aren’t solved I’ll move to a company that cares about their customers and what works good. It’s a digital future and if you don’t fix it quick your customers will leave.

It’s like this was designed to not help the customer.

Please fix.

Hint - copy your best competitors - listen to your customers and you will succeed. If your not capable hire some new development company. Good luck.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. It’s 2020 and this is honestly the worst app out there. There was zero thought put into this . It’s confusing , you have to search your “team member” everytime you open CentreSuite , there is almost no information on CentreSuite worth signing in for.

I guess my bank elected to use CentreSuite to manage credit card accounts. Their system was terrible prior to CentreSuite and now when switching to CentreSuite things are worse. We can’t find our balance or figure out how to make a payment. This deserves zero stars.

I had to use CentreSuite to submit an expense report instead of my work computer because it was broken. When I tried adding receipts to the report I had several disappear. Very unfortunate.

CentreSuite too bad. Confusing to use. No any information on it. Every times open app have to team & members search & most times not found. Worth ! Worth !

Sort by “Most favorable” reviews and you will get a very accurate description of CentreSuite.

Followed instructions. Already had the worst website. Now has accompanying worst app. Nice Job.

Beans and beans

Doesn't give most information and what information that is available, you really have to search. Also...ridiculous as ever, to make a payment, you have to get a code emailed to you. Laughable. Citizens has the worst apps and online experience of any bank.

Constantly getting “there was a problem, please try again” messages and takes a long time to upload receipts. Needs work for sure
