Drakes is a complete disaster. It asks for name, address, mobile phone number, birthdate, email address, and all of this is mandatory just to sign up. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary in today’s world.

I like Drake’s, but I’m not giving up all my info in your database to be hacked, stolen, or sold. I don’t care what your privacy policies are, no company is immune from this stuff. Ever heard of “Sign in with Apple” or some much less intrusive sign-in option? I didn’t get far enough to see if you want credit card info for mobile carry out orders, but that’s also less than desirable. Apple Pay or a method that doesn’t store my credit card info is preferred. ALL companies that really care about privacy and security are offering Sign in with Apple or some much less intrusive option and payment with Apple Pay. Asking for this level of info makes me think you’ll sell my info or send me unwanted spam and these are unacceptable to me.

I love the food at this app. Unfortunately, every time that I try to order through Drakes , Drakes tells me that the restaurant is closed even though it isn’t. this app has easy curbside but I usually can’t use it because Drakes won’t let me order.

I have tried to sign up to rewards through mybhg website. Then downloaded Drakes went through to the rewards section added my details and it didn't recognize my rewards number. Then skipped that part only to finish off with the password, when I completed the sign up it told me my email and phone number was in use. So went back to the log in page and tried to put my email address in and it says no match found. Cannot win.

Can’t look at the menu. Have to hit the order button. But if they are currently closed - can’t look at the menu. Really?

Dining in??? Want your points? What a hassle. Really?

Need to consider your customer when designing your app. What a novel idea. What would the customer like to do?

2 out of three doesn’t really “hit the bullseye” in todays app driven world.

I should be able to apply as many gift cards as I have. And I’d rather the texting of an order rather than a whole app 🙄

The food was good, maybe a tad cooler than room temperature. The biggest error was reporting my daughter’s sensitive dairy allergy and finding several pieces of cheese on her kids meal. This was a takeout order.

This place is amazing! Great food!! If only it recognized my address to deliver. I live literally down the street. I will up my rating to 5 stars when they figure out delivery addresses. Till then great food! Horrible delivery capability.

I am a this app fan. We eat there often at the one on Hurstbourne Lane. I also love salads and that brings me to a suggestion for you.

Salads are best served with GRILLED chicken! The roasted chicken you use is too savory for salad. Roasted chicken goes with mashed potatoes but is out of place in a salad in my opinion.

There are plenty of other foods on your menu that I enjoy. I’ll pass on the salads.

Drakes is useful to place to go orders but has a serious flaw….. If you dine in the restaurant, you can’t add your visit/points directly to your App! Drakes should have the capability to scan a receipt so that your reward points can be instantly uploaded. Not super impressed with the usability.

Got off work. Placed an order to pick up on my way home. I got there sat for almost an hour and couldn’t wait any longer. Asked for a refund. They said no problem. I didn’t get my sushi and still haven’t received a refund. Usually have had no issues before but it was Friday and they were swamped which I understand. Was disappointed, hungry, tired and couldn’t wait any longer.

I work at a hospital and ordered takeout. The fries were horrible. They looked like all the leftover fry pieces at the bottom of the pan. They were hard, burnt, dry and old. I wish I could send a pic. Very disappointed.

I'm pleased to have a new restaurant in Pikeville with numerous different options on its menu! We have never ordered anything that we didn't like.

Diverse menu excellent service. Food is delicious. Burgers, sushi, chicken and chili.

Drakes is no fuss, efficient, and fast. It makes ordering a breeze!

Best food around and prices are par with most places in my area . Drakes is a real time saver for me.

I’ve ordered to go from this restaurant 3x since it opened last week🫣😂 They have been quick with my orders, with excellent service so far!! I look forward to dining in with my family, very soon!

The best food and drinks in pikeville KY

Wanted to give a shout out to this app and their wonderful employees for staying open during all this COVID craziness. The management and staff worked their tails off making the best of a horrible situation. They continued to provide carry out during the worsted of the pandemic and once they opened back up, they do so in a manner that made me and my family feel safe.

When the governor shut us down again, this app erected a massive tent in the parking lot, with heaters, that was an hoppy oasis in an otherwise barren lockdown desert.

Thank you to the management and incredible waitstaff for providing a safe escape during this difficult time.
